Stumbled upon Dubu about three weeks ago, and now I’m a regular. Their Highball is to die for, extremely refreshing. Special thanks to Joanne for amazing service as usual!

두부공방 DUBU GONGBANG offers a modern and clean atmosphere with great service. The staff is kind, quick, and always smiling, frequently bringing new banchan dishes and refilling sides without being asked. Food portions are great and the dishes are delicious and authentic. Popular menu items include the mackerel, beef sun dubu, and the eel-sunduboo combo, where the eel is charred at the table and perfectly tender. The multigrain rice and Kimchi Pork and Tofu are also highly recommended. The mandu are huge and delicious with a perfect sauce. However, vegan options are limited; the tofu stew tasted bland and the glass noodle was just okay. This is not a strictly vegan restaurant. The restaurant is peaceful and enjoyable for small groups or solo diners, and even when packed, seating is quick. Many Korean customers visit, suggesting the food is authentic. It is a great place to hang out with Korean friends, and the overall dining experience is pleasant.
