We absolutely love CFA-Duluth (#00821). We dine-in as a treat to slow down and enjoy our food. The staff is always amazing. Yet, I must give a special thanks to Andy. He makes sure our order is correct and with a smile. Times are rough these days and dining out has to be worth it. Thank you Andy and staff for always taking such good care of us. See you again soon.

I came in to pickup an online order and stood at the online pickup area. There was this one blonde hair employee wearing a red shirt look me in my face, refused to greet me, and proceeded to walk to a ice / drink machine and wipe that area. She then looked me in my face again, washed her hand, grabbed a drink and walked to the back. Still refused to greet me or at least tell me that someone will be with me. She came back out, stood by the register and didn't utter a word. Finally after about 7 minutes or so someone cane from the front with anther person order then inquired if I was picking up an order. They couldn't find my order then found it and had my order about 5 minutes later. After I walked out, someone else walked in and that same blonde hair female employee went out of her way to greet that other customer. This is not the great chick fil a service that is said to be the best customer service in fast food. So, disappointing.
My favorite occasional meal. Easy to find and grab quick meal.
