Not sure of the workers exact name, Jeovani or Jovani or something. He was outside working drive-thru, incredible service and very respectful. Literally just ordered, that guy deserves a raise!

Food is not bad when they get your order correct. Staff isn’t trained well on how to use their own card readers. Customer service is terrible and location operates without a manager on duty.
I ordered breakfast on the app and got to the drive thru line all before 10:30 am but because the lady taking orders and moving the line along didn’t get to me before 10:30, I think that Chick-fil-A should probably have their “cashiers” probably start taking account for what cars are actually in the line at 10:30 so that way people who place mobile orders don’t get screwed over. Maybe they should be like the Summerville, sc location and have a mobile order line so this doesn’t happen

If I could give them a zero, I would. This is the store located on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Duluth. Ordered hot fresh nuggets. Alicia, the manager brought me cold nuggets. This is every morning. They continue to serve cold food there. The owner, Jeff Howard is ok with that.

Waiting 15 minutes for it to open just to be told they have no staff when it opened. Then it will be another 15 minutes and they might have food ready. 👎
The closing time is wrong. I came at 9:15pm because the GPS indicated that it was open until 10:00pm. But it wasn't. Please correct it. Thanks. I love Chick Fil A.
