I ordered ice cream and a Frosted Coffee at Chick-fil-A, but after waiting for 10 minutes, my order still hadn’t come out. I went to the pickup counter with my receipt to ask about it, and only then did the staff start moving around in confusion, passing the responsibility to each other. They eventually served my order, and although they did say “sorry,” no one seemed to truly care. It felt like they were just letting time pass without addressing the delay, which made it a disappointing experience. Although Chick-fil-A corporate operates with great philosophy and values, I often feel that some local branches fail to reflect this spirit. At certain locations, I’ve noticed a lack of professionalism and genuine kindness toward customers. I believe that branches that repeatedly disappoint customers should receive proper training from corporate to ensure consistent service quality across all locations.

The ice cream machine wasn't working, so any item associated with ice cream (frozen dessert) were unavailable. I specifically went there for a frozen peach lemonade...left disappointed.

This isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I just tried to order a salad with extra dressing on the side. Never had a problem before, but all of a sudden I am told it only comes with two and you cannot get extra. Can't even purchase extra. Spoke with manager and he would rather I walk out the door instead of selling the salad, so I did. Went somewhere else.
