We used to come here many times when our kids were younger, and we recently stopped by again while our daughter was home from college. The place still has that classic Korean snack-bar vibe, we remembered. Since it was November, it felt a bit warm inside at first, but the friendly staff quickly turned on the AC for us, and we enjoyed a meal with the good temperature. The food tastes just as good as it always has, and honestly, it holds up really well compared to other franchise-style Korean snack spots. The prices looked a little high at first, but the portions are big, so it feels worth it. If you’re ever craving Korean street food, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Two thumbs up. 🙂

I was so excited to try this place out but I was pretty disappointed. Everything I tried lacked seasoning and flavor, even the ramen.

I went to DMJ a week ago during a lunch break. Since most of their food is made fresh to order (which is a great thing) I had to wait about 10 minutes for my food to come out. As I waited in the dining room unfortunately I saw a roach.

It was gross and I went to the register and alerted the managers on duty who quickly processed my refund, so that was cool. Didn't eat though.

GREAT Korean food here. My go-tos here are dduk bboki ki, fish cake skewers, and kimbops. I love coming here with family or friends to split the food amongst the table. Service here is friendly as well. I look forward to coming back and trying more food!

I recognize that everyone has different tastes, but the kimbap didn't quite hit the mark for authenticity, and the wait was quite lengthy. It's clearly a popular restaurant, but it wasn't really my style.
