Second time that I order glazed munchkins and they are cold , hard and not even glazed anymore more like watery , I told them I wanted fresh ones and they said they were made fresh this morning I was like no they are not so got my money back. I tried given them a try again after that first time thing but nope sorry not coming back here again.

Just order es three donuts (6:20pm), and let me tell you that these has to be one of the worst donuts I’ve had. They were stale (all three of them). First time at this location, and it will be my last. I avoid posting negative reviews unless it’s really worth to post about the it.

Every time I come here my order is not right . First they put too much cream in the coffee . My main concern is I visit this location on 7.19.25 and I asked for black coffee with vanilla syrup. The workers couldn’t comprehend what black coffee was they kept trying to put cream in the coffee . How do you work at a coffee shop and don’t know what black coffee is ? That’s the simplest order , I tried to simply explain it to 2 associates and they still didn’t understand . I just paid for the incorrect order and I left .

Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. I ordered myself a regular cappuccino and egg cross and requested it to be extra toasty but NOT BURNT. They literally took it out of the microwave (I guess) and served me a burnt and soggy croissant. I took a bite and burned my lower lip as it was ridiculously hot and at a very wrong temperature. They need to educate themselves on this. Toasty doesn’t mean extra-soggy-dripping-unpleasantly hot!
Secondly, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Rude customer service made it all even worse. The staff that work here make you feel like they are doing you a favor, literally! I paid for my food and drink and I deserve to have it with respect. Fine you don’t wanna smile, its ok. But just don’t behave rudely. The owner of this location really needs to train the staff on basic etiquettes! Very very disappointing.

Went for there for their Grand Re-Opening. They went all out, even had the Duluth Highschool Band. It's nice to see local businesses support thr community. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Duluth staff is very rude specialy sunday evening boys they don't care for customers I ask for frozen coffee they answer we can't make frozen coffee we are cleaning jugs

Place may not be good for minorities even though minorities run it. The person at the window was rude at 11:00 in the morning. Why.?Rushed me off. Didn't add sugar to my coffee. Didn't give me anything to stir. Had to park and come in after I sat in the Drive-Thru. What's the point of having a drive-thru? If you can't get it right, you got one job. You don't have to give a smile, but at least be courteous. It's a holiday Guess you're getting coals in your stocking! won't be back
