Went for there for their Grand Re-Opening. They went all out, even had the Duluth Highschool Band. It's nice to see local businesses support thr community. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Pretty bad when you go to a doughnut shop and they have about 25 doughnuts to serve and they are all sprinkle ones.

Place may not be good for minorities even though minorities run it. The person at the window was rude at 11:00 in the morning. Why.?Rushed me off. Didn't add sugar to my coffee. Didn't give me anything to stir. Had to park and come in after I sat in the Drive-Thru. What's the point of having a drive-thru? If you can't get it right, you got one job. You don't have to give a smile, but at least be courteous. It's a holiday Guess you're getting coals in your stocking! won't be back

Probably worst Dunkin I’ve been to. The staff were super unprofessional and not helpful. I tried to order box of coffee & donuts for work. Not only did they take forever but they incorrectly charged me. Trying to communicate with the staff was very frustrating. You could tell they just wanted to get you out even though they took longer than needed to get my items in an empty store.

I ordered online. Set the pickup time for 7:00. It was 6;30 when I ordered, so 30 minutes. Got to the store and they didn't have either flavor that I ordered online. Wanted a refund, they couldn't figure out how to do that on the app. Soni had to come in and pick new flavors for my stuff. The selection was not great, but whatever, I picked cookies n cream for the milkshake and strawberry cheesecake for the scoop. Guy handed me my milkshake and it was the most watered down garbage I've ever drank that was supposed to be a milkshake. Seriously, it was basically just milk. This place is garbage and it's INSANE to me that they couldn't either REFUND my order once I got here or at least contact me to let me know they couldn't do it BEFORE I left.
Absolute garbage.

I when to the store two days in a row the cashier was very nice she greeted me . I order my food the guy who was making my sandwich was so rude he never said here is your sandwich he just put it down I was waiting then when I turn around I saw it just on the counter. I looked at him nothing. He needs to learn customers service not a smile hello very rude.
