I went on a quick run to Dunkin for a coworker and I. Asked for two different lattes. The tickets were correct but our coffees were in the wrong cup. I don’t have time to go back. This is the second time I have caught it so I want to pass this along. My coffee here is never right. Only one DD makes it perfect for me, but I come here because it is closer and I’m not really a coffee snob, but the past two times it was really off, so I questioned it. Before I begin, I’d like to say, I did let an employee know, and he apologized, but this is something that many people need to pay attention to. If you add something additional to your coffee such as milk, please make sure they’re putting the right type of milk in. I always order skim milk in my coffee. The past couple of times there was either no milk and I had to drive back through the drive-through or they put in whole when I wanted skim. The reasoning? They didn’t have it. Sure this isn’t a big deal to many, but at least they could do is tell you they don’t have the product. Also, they should ask your permission for a substitution. If they’re being sneaky like this, what else are they being sneaky about. Some people can’t eat sugar so they ask for Stevia. Some people can’t use aspartame because they are allergic to it so they ask for sugar. This store really needs to be careful on switching things out especially when it’s come to food. If you order coffee, please make sure you double check if they put in the right product before you drink it.I will this business well, and the employees are always friendly, but I can’t go here anymore.

The building looks cleaner the employees were nice and give my kid a free donut gave us a sample of baskin robin new ice cream flavor overall great experience.
Visited the shop and ordered 4 Donuts ? for family . Each donut ? is of different flavor . Paid fast and came out soon . Ample parking lot ?️ . Taste ? is good but all are frozen and don’t feel fluffy and it’s hard .Children become sick ? next day and started to vomit ?. Never ever going to eat donuts ? again from Dunkin’. Will go to local vendor for fresh .Parking: Lot of parking lots
