I order here often using Door Dash. Today I ordered again. I ordered the Quesabirria. There was literally black strands of hair throughout the meal. Very Very upsetting! I literally haven't eaten anything and discovering this, I had to discard the entirety meal. It wasn't just one strand of hair. It was several. Very upsetting. 😢

The food is okay, but definitely not great. I found it extremely overpriced, especially considering it’s self-service. There are no basic amenities like free water dispensers — even that is paid. No silverware, no chips, and not even plastic cups for salsa. Yet they charge full prices like it’s a high-quality restaurant. And then they have the audacity to prompt for a 15–25% tip at the counter — for what? I’m ordering at the counter, picking up my own food when it’s ready, and clearing my own tray.

Extremely fast and efficient service — I received my food within 10 minutes. The quesadilla was tasty, although a tad bit too greasy and lacking some crispiness. Consomé was great, no complaints there.
