Overall it's a fun, unique place to eat. Our biggest complaint would be that the dress code was not at all enforced. People were allowed to dine while wearing sweatpants and hoodies, even though the dress code is business casual.
Dinner at Top of Carolina exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! I recommend an evening reservation in the fall starting at 6pm so you can enjoy the sunset.

Definitely something to experience at least once. Much of the food was exceptional. Some not quite as good. Windows need to be washed to improve the view. Wait staff as attentive and table beautifully set.
