I love eating at Firehouse Sub
I am VERY disappointed that I was told that this place does NOT honor T-Mobile Tuesdays Free Deals. Had a free Hook & Ladder Sub that was not honored. I still honored my order.
It was 15 minutes before my 1 sandwich order was ready. This was not due to low employees. There were 4-5 people working.
My Hook & Ladder was delicious but will not patronize this establishment.
They simply cannot ever get a salad order right. Of the last dozen or so times we’ve gotten food from there (my son likes their sandwiches), only 1 salad order has been completely correct. Over the course of 2 years.
Usually they leave out the dressing, or don’t give 2 when we ask for an extra. One time, when we asked for an extra dressing, the second one was an entirely different dressing.
