Food is not bad, but too small and expensive. They charge additional credit card fee 3%. I don't know owner why they charge credit card fee to customer. I will never recommend this place.

I went to Glam for the cafe menu. Surprisingly, the croffles were pretty cheap at $5 each, and I got the Biscoff one. It came out warm and soft, and tasted great! It was comparable to other croffle in the area like Twohas, at half the price. Ice cream was cold and smooth and fit in perfectly.

The food here is really great. I just find out that they are ope for lunch and the dessert and drinks are very delicious. The desserts and drinks are better than most of cafe. Also, the chicken here is absolutely amazing.

I’ve been going to glam for years. This past weekend, friends of my bf invited my bf and I to glam to sing in the karaoke room. We came in last so we end up ordering food. At the end of night, my bf was trying to pay. He went to the bar to pay our tab. The girl printed out a different tab with a different total. I had the ticket what we ordered. It didn’t match up. We knew what we ordered. Then they printed to two more tickets that wasn’t our. My bf friends said they paid already. (They had bank statements that they paid their part already $400) We only had three items. My bf got heated and said it’s not his tickets and the the workers got heated as well. Multiple people and workers started arguing. People were quick to judge because my bf didn’t want to pay. We just wanted to pay our tab what WE ORERED. Once they came to a solution. They knew they messed up. One the workers snatched the tickets from my bf hand. Completely unprofessional. You know what’s even crazy, when the girl printed out the ticket. She didn’t even remember which ticket she printed out. She yelled “then which ticket is this?!?”. We both told her “YOU DID”. I saw she printed out that ticket right in front of us. We also had our own ticket that the guy gave us in the room. The owner end up fixing it. Everything could’ve been solved if they didn’t lie. We just wanted to pay what we order and they made it harder than what it is? How would feel if you end up paying for food u didn’t order? And they pressure you to still pay it.

Haven’t had the food but the dancing drinks and karaoke are all great! Plenty of gluten free alcohol options, great music on Friday and Saturday nights. Staff is nice & chill, bathrooms are decent & clean. As a woman I feel safe here?
A/C was broken so the rooms were extremely hot. The speakers and microphones were of bad quality in my opinion. Drinks were way overpriced to have broken A/C ?

The GOOD: Food and atmosphere are pretty good. I recommend many of the dishes if you’re brave enough to go. It’s a great time in there. The portions are big enough to share although you’ll have to buy a few of them if there are more than 5 people in your party.
The BAD: EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE! I recommend nobody goes to this place as I am still paying for it months after going. No, I didn’t use a credit card that I’m still making payments on from the night. This place is up to some sketchy shenanigans behind the counter. I’ll explain. My last visit here was in Dec. 2023. My share of the tab was $90. Okay cool, worth it. Unbeknownst to me they swiped my card a second time for $250. I never saw a receipt, never signed anything, no apologies or offerings to refund. I was left to find it on my own 2 days later in my banking app. Annoyed, I called them to question it just thinking it was a mistake. My assumption was confirmed and they apologized. But that is all. No refund was given even after they went back through security footage to confirm this wasn’t my charge. “We can’t give refunds, you’ll have to go through your bank and dispute the charge.” Sigh. So now it’s my problem to fix your mess up? Banks aren’t exactly willing to just give out their money so this isn’t as simple as a quick phone call and boom, it’s back. It took a week. Okay fine. It’s over with. Ha. Nope. In my very small sample size of people who have been here, 4 out of the 5 have had this same thing happen to them. That’s a lot of accidents if you ask me. Like I said, sketchy. I’m now writing this review in July after resisting the urge in December. Remember, I haven’t been back since then, after what happened. Well guess what. Sly as a ninja, another charge pops out of nowhere. BOOM! My good ol friends at Glam hit my account again with a charge of $77.53 (7 months after my last visit.) Hmm weird. After checking around it wasn’t just me, they charged everyone I went with. How is this legal?
Short story long, I will never recommend this place and I certainly will not be returning. It’s unfortunate because I really have enjoyed the times I’ve been there. I don’t really know why more reviews aren’t reporting on this seemingly common issue.

wow. this place has gone downhill so much, it's not even a korean bar anymore. the crowd definitely looks like a shady place straight from inner city atlanta. too bad not keeping it asian, same thing happend with red bar. u guys need to put someone at entrance and protect the asian culture vibe and not let it get destroyed
