The fish-flavored pork shreds are either shredded or carrots that are thinner than human hair. Aren't they just mushrooms and green peppers as thick as a hemp rope (with seeds still attached), but Chinese chefs who are very demanding about food can't tolerate such dishes. Originally, they shouldn't have so many requirements for food court dishes, but you are like this. A dish of fish-flavored shredded pork cut by a child for $16 is not a special food court.
