Authentic but not best, per my Taiwanese friend. I personally really enjoyed it. It was one of my first experiences with authentic Taiwanese cuisine. The Taiwanese fried chicken was less salty than some of the other ones I have tried. Perhaps it is more authentic to be less salty and with less spices. Can't say for sure. I liked the flavor on the minced pork as well, but it could have used some more sweetness and umami flavor. To foreigners and outsiders, I think we can like this....read full review
