I met my friend over here for lunch. I love that you can find a table, order on the app, and it is brought straight to your table. No need to wait in line anymore.
Our food came out quickly and was delicious.
We had not seen each in a long time so we weren’t in a hurry. Not only did we not feel like we were being hurried, an employee took our tray and brought us drink refills.

I ordered a Market Salad here, but it came with ingredients and dressing from a different salad. I contacted customer service through the app, and they told me the store would email me, but I never received any response. This has happened about three times, with different menu items, and it always ended the same way — no follow-up at all. The food quality also feels inconsistent compared to before. At times, the spicy chicken sandwich had a soft, undercooked texture. Overall, they do the basics, but the reliability and care they once had seem to be gone.

I've been very sick and haven't eaten out anywhere for the past year. This was the 1st time I've eaten out in all that time. I got a chicken biscuit. It was so DELICIOUS. It was absolutely perfect. The biscuit was perfectly buttered, and the chicken was perfectly fried. The service was excellent. They were friendly and fast. Thank you Chick-fil-A
