Came to eat, sat down for about 10 minutes. We didn’t even get to finish our first AYCE meat and our friend had a seizure. His first ever time so this isn’t normal. None of the staff helped, offered assistance, or called medical services. The manager stood around during the ordeal from right after my friend fell to the floor to when we were trying. to get my friend in the car to go to the emergency room. The only comment I got from the manager was that we needed to pay all 30$ each (4 of us including my friend with the emergency). None of us were able to eat even a third of a meal and were fully charged for the meal. Disputing this charge with the Bank as we had a medical EMERGENCY and had to all go to the emergency room. This restaurant doesn’t care about anything except for taking money from their customers. Worst Korean BBQ Place in all of Georgia no doubt!

We recently indulged in an all-you-can-eat experience at K BBQ Factory for $39.99 per person, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was excellent, with a variety of meats cooked to perfection on the grill right at our table.
The banchan (Korean side dishes) and additional side orders were a highlight, all included in the price and available without any extra charge. From the fresh kimchi to the savory japchae, every dish complemented the main barbecue beautifully.
The overall experience was satisfying, combining delicious food with the interactive fun of grilling at the table. For anyone craving a hearty and flavorful Korean BBQ feast, K BBQ Factory is a fantastic choice!

Ben's service was impeccable. He was very attentive and engaged in meaningful conversation the entire time. The food was great, but the only way I would return is if the side options were a bit better for the price being charged. Don't mind paying it. Just make it worth my while and tasty, is all I'm saying.

Go spend your money somewhere else! Brought friends from out of town and am utterly disappointed and embarrassed. Meat that they brought out smelled, was not fresh, and completely inedible— selections had frozen and chemical aftertastes. Smelled plastic-y and FUNKY. Left unsatisfied, hungry, and feeling sick. Can’t even say the quality has gone down, as it is nonexistent at this point. Will never be coming here again. Visit if you want to throw your money into the trash.
