This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town, but apparently they changed suppliers and the quality of meat went WAY DOWN!I'm extremely sad because I'll no longer come back to my favorite place! All meats have no flavor and they are though to chew. My husband and I don't even want to keep eating the all you can eat. Very disappointed with the owners. Why mess with the quality?

Sad to post this update as this was my wife’s and my favorite spot for Korean bbq but they changed their menu and, worst part, they changed the meat. Either the provider or the quality changed, significantly. Flavor and meat quality are worse, can’t really recommend this spot anymore.

food was amazing but one thing that something that stood out to me the most was the FRENCH FRIES. if u want a place to go to for fries KFACTORY IS THE PLACE TO GO ITS WORTH THE MONEY! if u want bottomless fries, KFACTORY IS THE PLACE TO GO! no mcdonalds no nothing. Only kfactory. Thank you.

Best Korean BBQ I’ve been too. I love all their meat options and they give you a million sides. Their kimchi is to die for. If I could buy it by the barrel I would.
Highly recommend to friends and family because everything tastes amazing. Servers are attentive and quick to get your orders done. Terms of Quality, it's great. You don't have to worry about parking either. The only thing to keep in mind is if it's full full, expect a 20-minute waiting time.

I AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED with my experience at K-FACTORY first THING they did was give us small portions. compared to the other guest they had plenty of food but NO for me and the person i was with we had the tiniest piece of chicken known to MANN SECONDLY I ALMOST CAUGHT ON FIRE.the tip of the fire was above my hair and what did the workers do?????? slowly walk to my table and kindly wait for us to hand them the tools to stop the fire LIKE do something MY GOD 3rd they took our unfinished food like my god and our WATER!!!im so done and the food wasn’t even good quality.do not order the beef brisket please for your own sake, i kindly ask for this place to do better :)
