A true gem in Duluth! Kang’s Kitchen offers a premium K-BBQ experience that stands out from the rest. The marinated short rib (Galbi) was incredibly tender, and the quality of the meats is clearly top-tier. I loved the modern, clean aesthetic and the attentive service. really enjoyed lunch here yesterday!

kang’s original burger was one of a kind, tender, juicy patty with an amazing sauce that honestly beats fast food burgers. fries were perfectly crispy.

the brisket soybean stew (차돌 된장찌개) was rich, deep, and comforting. both the stew and the toomba donkatsu pasta (톰바 돈카스 파스타) had a moderate spice level that was perfect, flavorful heat without being overwhelming.
