Nice supermarket.
Most Kroger locations are awful. Costumer service never resolves an issue. Call store manager they don't pick up the phone. Last week I asked guest services to give me a new card because old one fell off th key chain. Had to fill out information and was told I was gonna get a new card instead and that old card would be joined with new. That never happened because associate was lazy to enter information into computer. Came a week later. Information wasn't entered, cards weren't joined. Couldn't use my digital coupons at the self check out. Employee looked at me and told me to wait while I was trying to get help as to why digital coupons weren't applied. Kroger really needs to improve on so many things!
By far the worst Kroger in the area. Poorly laid out, almost always out of stock of something I need, and almost no staff assisting with checkout. I feel I should be getting a wage paid for bagging all my own items, whether in self checkout or not. They also like to lock the doors by the produce with no explanation, meaning carts are not accessible to guests. As of writing, it’s 7 PM with a closing time of 11 PM and the main entrance is locked. It feels they do not want people shopping here.

I didn't know what items were on sale and was paying, so they helped me and saved me $4.
Melissa, you rude, poor, poor, poor, everyday wearing cheetah scarf. I cannot help it I walk out with a basket full of groceries and your card bounces after $20. Some of us are just successful after highschool. No managers around. Duluth ghetto at its worst. This store is across from the Gwinnett Arena. I shop every week at this store so why should I have to deal with lousy employees. Another employee came over "crack head baby" and started speaking her version of what a white person sounds like, is it okay to be racist when a darker skin tone does it.
Just one of many instances in which managers special items actually have mold on them. It’s happened more times than I can remember. To be fair, it seems to be all locations in the area. I’ve found mold at several of them. 2 stars because the discount section is better than other locations in the area usually. When the stuff’s not covered in mold of course and when the guy that sorts everything isn’t literally elbowing you out of his way.
One of the better kept stores. Would help if a few more employees were on floor to help customers find things.
Kroger provided the standard grocery shopping experience, with helpful staff but noticeably high prices. We encountered some issues with the self-checkout system repeatedly asking for a membership card, even though we didn't have one.

Idk who is the manager of this store but they need to be fired or demoted or something. It is dirty, items are ALWAYS out of stock. I go weekly and every time I go, I can’t get all the items on my list bc items are out of stock for weeks. Last week I went there was literally no ice cream. Like WTH. And the carts are raggedy and aways overflowing in the parking lot. I know this location makes a lot of money but management has neglected this store and some of the employees do not care about the customers. I was at self checkout and a customer behind me asked the cashier which registers accepted cash. The cashier replied that she’s doesn’t know. She just clocked in— Really??? Some employees are really nice at this location as well. But management needs to do better.

Kroger is my number one grocery store ✔ and I have been a customer for the last sixteen years this location, at least I Shop two or three times a week and most of their employees know my name and they always been wonderful for me. But this week I'm very disappointed in this "KEVIN"(store manager) long story short.... After I checked out I walked in to my car, I put everything in my car when I turn back he was standing my back and said hello and I said hello back and then he asked me that he want to see my receipt, I said why? And he said that they checked a camera random, bla bla.... I do know my right so I need to know the reason you followed me to the parking otherwise im not willing to show so you can call a police then I will show other than that I asked him to leave or I will call a police then he walk fast and left. Im going to spread to people I know not to shop this Kroger. Of course I'm NOT going to back this store anymore and my entire family and friend!

This pharmacy sucks. They will text you that your prescription is filled only for you to get to the store and they tell you they’ve given it to someone else. Knowing the prescription type is one that keeps you operational and important. Meanwhile now I have to keep a prescription I asked them not to refill due to affecting my other important meds.
Clean Neat and saving point for Gas.
