Kukga Topokki serves some great Korean street food. Their Topokki is perfectly chewy with a rich sauce that has a balanced taste of spicy and sweet. The Kimbap is fresh, the fish cake skewers are delicious and the fried snacks are crispy and delicious. The portions are generous, the prices are great. Well worth a visit!

The taste of tteokbokki that I used to eat in front of school when I was in elementary school... I don't remember it very well, but it tastes just like that. It's so delicious... . Spicy and sweet, my favorite tteokbokki

The food is amazing! I always get the rose toppoki. I usually can’t handle too much heat but this had just the right amount where I could actually enjoy the food. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I went to buy a roll of kimbap on a rainy day. The owner asked if I got rained on and said I was cold, and gave me some fish cake soup to drink while waiting for the kimbap. Although I only bought a roll of kimbap, I was moved. The fish cake soup was delicious and the kimbap was really generous and delicious. I will go often. Thank you!!

I don’t even know where to start, this place is that good! First off the service was exceptional, the woman up front was super sweet and explained items to us when we asked ❤️ Tteokbokki had such a flavor and just the right amount of spice. My mom said her pork was really tender and flavorful and the salad was amazing. The Gimbap was really fresh and my favorite ❤️ and let’s not forget the broth, omg it was so good. We visit Duluth several times a year and this will definitely be a restaurant we visit each time from now on.
