For service alone I give one star.
When I ordered there were very few customers here and it took 40 minutes to get breakfast for one person. There were plenty of people behind the counter.
Two people sitting next to me, had been waiting an hour ..They finally got their meal to go.

I loved this place !! It’s too cute!! Felt like I traveled back in time with the atmosphere !! A cute fireplace inside! The manager is so pleasant he treated us incredibly well( I’ll come back and add his name !

Arrived at the pick up time for a carry out order. It took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Then they had to make the order! Extremely slow service and unhelpful.

A nice little French cafe! You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. We were served relatively quick. We ordered the tomato basil soup, chicken friand, chicken caesar sandwich, and strawberry romanoff. Overall, the food was good, and the atmosphere was quaint! It’s a nice spot for a quick lunch.

This was my first time at La Madeleine and it was a large group. We had reserved the private room and each went through the line separately. The staff were super friendly and delivered each meal in a timely manner. My food was delicious and perfectly portioned. All of my friends also enjoyed their meals each acknowledging that everyone's food looked delicious.
While it would be easy to go overboard adding multiple treats to my order, I chose the pick 3 special and payed less than $10 for an impeccable meal in a lovely setting.

We ordered delivery from this location . Wrong entrée and didn't receive eclair! A 7.00 eclair mind you. Not sure what's so hard about reading a ticket order.

Maaaaaaaaaan!!! I came here with friends randomly on a whim after having dinner at the Gohan buffet! Ordered some desserts and coffee and that caramel Cram Bu Lay (spelled wrong on purpose inside joke😂) was amazing along with that latte! We also got the coconut cream situation, AMAZING, the other cram bu lay, AMAZING! And I think the cheese cake and one more item which was good!! All that to say, we will be back!!!!

Went to pick up takeout order, but two ladies there at the front or so rude just ignoring your presence there and I just stood there for about 30 minutes to get my takeout order
This will be my last time, ordering any food from there

Ordered French onion soup and they brought it out and asked if it was warm enough for me which was odd. I touched the bowl and it was a cool room temp and put my finger into the soup and it was a cool room temp as well. They said they would warm it, and I contemplated for a minute before asking for a refund and leaving. This place will get you sick with out of temp foods.

I used to be a regular here, but I stopped coming as much when they got rid of.my favorite menu item, the spinach pochette. When I order green bean almondine, they send bland green beans and diced tomatoes with no seasoning half the time. It's not as fresh, or flavorful as it used to be. The food was delicious years ago, but the sad shell that remains now just isn't anything like it used to be. If you are looking for decent French cuisine, then I would suggest looking somewhere else. The old positive reviews of this place from back when they had a rich and balanced menu and happy, positive employees no longer apply. I miss the food I used to be able to get here back when it was good. As an Italian, I'd say the current state of this restaurant is a bigger insult to French cuisine than Olive Garden is to Italian cuisine.

I came in with my mother today expecting a great meal but ended up with half of my sandwich missing which made me go talk to the worker. Once they brought out the other half they spilled coffee on my mom’s legs and purse. While it was an accident the resolution was very unprofessional. The other workers all saw and did not do anything. The worker that spilled the coffee on my Mother just said sorry multiple times but did not help her wipe it off her pants or purse. She ended up moving us to another table and acted as if nothing happened. While I understand that accidents happen, doing nothing while spilling hot coffee over someone’s purse and pants does not make a sorry fix everything. My mother now has to pay to get her pants and bag cleaned.
