I was there on September 2 at around 6 o'clock. There weren't many people there. Our serve was absolutely fantastic and I'm really sorry. I can't remember her name. But she was great. The food was good and the portions were immense.
We went out to celebrate a friend's birthday (party of four). The food was excellent, and service was fine overall—until one incident that left bitter taste in my mouth. We ordered a bottle of wine with four glasses, while one friend ordered an Old Fashioned. When Eric (or Erik) brought the wine, he presented the bottle only to our two friends—not to my husband or me. When my husband questioned this, Eric said he assumed we weren't going to drink. That explanation...
Cynthia provided excellent service while being very upbeat, professional, and friendly. She was very busy and the food took quite a while to come out. Chicken pieced added to salad were overcooked and the french fries were cold, but she quickly go out steamy fresh fries. Hey, not every visit can be a five star every time...but she took care of us, and that's what counts.
