The food is horrible, The food was very bad, tasteless, and the bread they served was incredibly hard. Overall, I'd give the food a five.

The restaurant is very beautiful, and relatively quiet, with carpeting on the floor, columns throughout the dining room to separate areas into more intimate spaces, white tablecloths, and fresh flowers on the table, in our case one white and one red rose. Even the vase was special. The service was very professional, all leading us to expect an extraordinary dining experience such as we had had in the past. But we were disappointed. The sauce delivered to the table to go with the nicely toasted artisan bread was topped with Parmesan cheese and very tasty. And the tomato bisque was nicely seasoned, a truly delicious first course. The meal went downhill from there. I had the jumbo scallops with artichokes in a lemon sauce with linguini and pancetta. The four large (not jumbo) scallops were perfectly cooked, but the pasta was overcooked and the whole entree was ngreasy and bland. I asked for additional lemon as the sauce didn't taste lemony at all, and the waitress offered Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper, which I accepted. The salt I added myself from the salt shaker on the table. Still, I could not make the dish come to life. The manager gave me a 50 percent discount. My husband had the chicken Parmesan. It was huge and nicely seasoned but not tender, and the pasta was so overcooked so he left it untouched after the first bite. The manager refunded the entire dish. Then came dessert. My husband ordered the Tira Misu, one of his favorites. It came leaning to one side and when my husband tasted it, he said it was watery and mushy, and had no flavor. He left it on the table, the first time in his life he had not finished a piece of Fira Misu.

Food was pretty average nothing that great and for the price plenty of places that have better food. Service was a bit chaotic. I think they forgot about our table, then another server realized after 15 mins of waiting. Still trying to figure out why it was so packed.

I have dined here many times and the food is consistently on point. The waitstaff are also extremely friendly and accommodating. Their service is always very inviting and I have gotten to know a few of them over the time I’ve spent in the restaurant.
On this particular evening I was especially delighted to see that Milena was to take care of my table!! She was very warm and kind-you can tell that she has a genuine care for her guests.
Great job, Milena!

Business dinner. Perfect restaurant. Plenty of options and terrific specials. Shrimp Scampi with linguine is on point. The men enjoyed the very large pork chop. Great selection of appetizers. Full bar with good wine!

This is our neighborhood restaurant. We don't dine there as often as we used to but there are a few things on the menu we love. My husband loves the mussels and a few of the pasta dishes. I love the beef carpaccio and prosciutto flatbread minus the apple slices. We ordered the mista salad which is plenty for 2 but it was overdressed and had too much spinach vs arugula for my taste. I'd get dressing on the side next time. Garlic bread and sundried tomato dip is always on point. The service was particularly good and we felt very well taken care of by our sweet server. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for a nice night out as it does have more ambience than some of the downtown Duluth restaurants. We do however miss the live music they used to have on the weekends.
