One of my friends dragged our group here and honestly I'm kind of glad. When we visited here, this was my first impression of matcha. Never had it before and otherwise didn't know where to go to try some that was worthwhile. We all got different drinks and each could try all the other drinks to really get an idea and I was impressed. Because of Maiko, now I crave some matcha once in a while. I love that because I always love experiencing new things and always having a variety of things and interests I can pick and choose from. From a first timer, I would say this cafe is worth the visit. If you try their matcha you will for sure know if matcha is for you or not.

I’ve been a customer here since they first opened shop in GA. For the past few years this place has been a staple cafe for me and my friends, but unfortunately the quality has gone down immensely and thus I think it’s time for me to walk away from this cafe. What used to be rich matcha lattes and standard sundae portions have now been replaced by extremely watery cups with a couple dashes of powder and smaller portions + lighter flavor overall. I mean seriously, I used to frequent this place every other week or so, but ever since the last few months I’ve been walking away disappointed in every cup I’ve paid for! Things just haven’t been the same since the tiktok crowd ran it over.

I understood the hype before and the increased demand, but this place has gone downhill from consistent great quality food and drinks, to hit-or-miss status, to now a complete miss with every visit. Maybe if they opened new locations that also offered the seasonal drinks in other cities here, that could circumvent the issue? But until then, my time here is done. The one star here is really just for the great and kind staff, I wish them well and I thank them for their service!

Upon entering, this is one busy spot. They have seating but since it is a bit crowded and small it can get quite loud. So we took it to go instead.

My matcha latte with Ube soft serve was absolutely delightful. It is a bit on the pricier end but for the quality you are getting, I highly recommend!

It's good & i've been coming here since they've opened, but they've shrunk the size for the cones dramatically. The owner probably thinks people won't notice, but for someone who's been here for a long time, it's very noticeable that the cones shrunk in size. I totally understand inflation and everything, but i'd rather they give the same amount as before and just up the prices instead. * Either its intentionally getting smaller or the workers are just not giving as much because they don't want to have to restock it?
There used to be a sweet guy with glasses and longer hair working in the front but I haven't seen him anymore.
Nowadays, service is not that great. I worked as a server for over 10 years and always tip everyone but I don't feel the obligation to do so here anymore. There's really nothing outstanding about the service here, they just take your order and that's it.

Good place to know more about the Asian culture with the food! Amazing place to taste new flavors in ice-cream, I love it the Matcha-Vainilla Combination, a uncommon flavor that I never tasted from my country, full recommended the place, good decoration and clean place to stay with friends or couple ?

We got their shaved ice bowl with matcha soft serve. The matcha soft serve was good, but nothing amazing. The shaved ice wasn’t great- ice was clumpy in large chunks and honestly didn’t have great flavor. The plaza’s parking lot is tiny. The chairs feel very loose and were not secure.
