I ordered a bowl, and they gave me the smallest portion of meat. When I said something, she said that was the portion. $13 for a bowl with 6 pieces of chicken is ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this location ever. They are scamming and stingy people

Very disappointed in this location. Haven’t been since 2019 when I found a hair in my food twice on two separate occasions. Since it has been a handful of years thought I’d give then another try. Let’s just say I won’t go back there. It’s hard to eat gf/ df on a budget and I had forgotten they upcharge on most items and don’t give generous portions at all. Very skimpy and the steak and chicken almost looked burned. Guess it was sitting up in the warmer all day and was hard for the lady to get out. So they charged me for extra meat and of course guac. The only other items I got was lettuce and black olives. No queso, beans or rice. Very skimpy portions and it was 17.57. I was flabbergasted. Almost just left it on the counter and walked out. However, I reluctantly paid. Could have gone to longhorn or somewhere much better for that price. Definitely left a lot to be desired. Don’t go there, especially if you are hungry. I don’t recommend. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

They don't give you much for the price. I love Moe's because the food is really good and they give large portions, at least that's what I thought till I came here. This is the smallest quantity I have been given at any Moes, from NC to Florida. Don't recommend. Won't be coming back.

I appreciate Marco wearing new gloves and ensuring no cross contamination when we bring our daughters here to ensure no exposure to milk or cheese. This location had lots of mixed reviews, some good, some not good at all. I really wanted Moe’s today, so I took a chance. I am happy to say the place was clean, good customer service & good food. I would definitely visit this location again!

Never again! This bowl is barely half full and is worth almost $13. I can see the actual bottom of the bowl before I've taken one bite. I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant chain over the years but this is exactly why Chipotle is on a different level. I will never spend another cent at any moe's location.

Worst ever never will buy again here the quantity was very less even though we asked to add they added very little. We bought a bowl and only little than 1/4. Worst service ever never would recommend anyone to buy here no matter what. The employee doesn't respond and kept on talking to someone and wasn't listening to anything I was saying.

One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced from a restaurant. Since I didn't have the mobile app on my phone, I asked them to enter my number manually so I could access my reward points. An older guy (I think the manger) refused to put my number in and told me to get out without even attempting to assist me. The store was empty so his statement that "they were busy at the time" was completely invalid and purely just a lie to excuse his incompetence and disrespect towards customers like me. I never want to visit this Moe's ever. Not to mention the ridiculously small portions of food they serve compared to other Moe's locations. I think these corporations need to teach franchises on what the customer service is and prioritize the satisfaction of customers so they can retain them and reflect a positive image on the restaurant.Reply to owner's response:Thank you for the response. Interesting see the response though. One of the owners was doing this to me (the customer). I don't know how you are going to address this with the owner. Please let me know.
