Extremely overpriced compared to other bakeries. The cakes aren’t fresh—it seems like they make a batch, store them in the cooler, and thaw them when needed. They taste like they’ve been in the refrigerator too long. The boba tea was just okay.

I decided I wanted to try a new boba place today, and I'm so glad I did! I had to try the white rabbit milk tea, and it did not disappoint!! The white rabbit jelly cake was also delicious!

It was my first visit today. No menu, dirty and messy inside. Seating was covered in opened boxes and packages. Staff was rude and not helpful. Owners should be embarrassed. Would not recommend 👎

They don’t appear to have any bubble tea.

Store opened for 1 hour and none of the breads are set up on the display table.
Got some bread and they taste like they beee made for a whole. Does not taste like it’s made same day.
Bread was also extremely over priced compare to the nearby bakeries that have softer and tastier bread.
Atmosphere is none existent, the store looks like a storage container with supplies underneath tables.

They really dropped the ball by getting rid of all the drinks. There wasn’t any bread either and the place looked empty and sparse.

I actually like some of the desserts from this shop, but I've experienced several instances where what I bought was spoiled. Many times, I only discovered it after getting home to eat, which really leaves me speechless about the quality of this place.

Very disappointed in this establishment. I was looking forward to their beverages here since they the name Moo Tea was appealing. I went in and there were no menu items in sight and the staff was rude. I asked if they had any other items besides the bread. She asked if I was looking for a beverage and said they CANCELLED the beverages. High expectations for zero results. Bakery items were also very unappealing and did not have anything in stock even during lunch hours.

I recently had the peach and white tea Moo Cake and it was a wonderful summer treat. It wasn't too sweet, which I prefer, and the layers were so perfectly put together. It was fresh and a delicious summer sweet treat.

This place was very discriminatory against me. They tell everyone they are hiring, but won't hire me because I don't speak Chinese. Yet half the customers you get are not even Chinese, so why would that matter? I've worked successfully in places where I was the only person who spoke English. I managed to work beside them successfully because I know how to learn with my eyes. I still purchased a drink from them and it wasn't even good. What a waste of money and time. Would not recommend to anyone.

Was recommended taro sago milk tea by a friend, but couldn't try because the store ran out of taro when I came at 3pm. Guess I was just unlucky :/ I tried their other milk tea. The tea is okay. The boba is loose but sticky that it didn't have a nice spherical shape and bouncy texture. Maybe its cause I came closer to closing time
