I've always like panera and their bread bowl soups. This time the experience was less than great. I ordered to go and my bread was just tossed into a brown bag with no wrap or anything to cover it with my soup on the side. I got a sandwich as well without the side I ordered. My bread bowl soup also did not come with my side. I asked the employee when I picked up if everything was there and she said yes, so I was surprised when I got home that this was how it was packaged. I didnt even get a spoon even though the bag label says theres one in there and I had checked the option when ordering for utensils. Very bad experience and presentation. Will not be coming back.

I had a terrible experience at this Panera. They got my order wrong, and when I went back for a remake, they messed it up again—so I ended up having to take all the ingredients on the side and assemble it myself.
The cleanliness here is unacceptable. The whole place has a strong, unpleasant smell (almost like sewage) and doesn’t feel clean at all. The bread and pastry station was extremely messy and dirty, which made me not even want to touch anything from that area.
The condiment area was just as bad—old water sitting in the containers holding mayo and ketchup packets. I had to fish for a mayo packet but decided against it because I didn’t want to eat something that had been soaking in dirty water. There were also flies everywhere.
This location needs a serious deep cleaning, and honestly, the health department should take a look at it. I will not be returning.

Our youth group of 50+ kids went to this Panera for lunch in June 2025 and were treated so well by the staff! I was expecting super slow service and the staff to be annoyed by all those teenagers taking over their restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised that each employee treated us with respect and didn't seem to mind that we stopped in to eat. The food was great and came out pretty quickly given how many people we had there. Thank you for making our experience great!

Every time I go to this location they are out of something, today was chicken. I ask management. He gets mad it not my fault they don't send it! Just look at reviews! This used to be a great location but last several months it's a joke!!! We left with out making an order since out of what we wanted to order, very sad!

Always runs out of coffee, milk, half and half, different types of bread or meats and always dirty. Place should close gives Panera a bad name. Get a new manager that knows how to order supplies.

This Panera does it right! Walked in and said I needed a bunch of pastries for a customer morning meeting. The lady at the front counter new exactly what I needed, was prompt and very helpful. Got an egg sandwich for me. It was great !

’ve been coming to this Panera Bread location almost every day for the past three years, and it’s truly one of my favorite places. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and they know me by name. Recently, I accidentally left my wallet behind, and when I called, they had safely kept it for me — that kind of honesty and care means so much.
The food is always fresh — I especially enjoy the soup, and the salads are both delicious and affordable. This location is also convenient for me, as it’s close to my son’s school and Peachtree Ridge football fields. That’s why you see me here so often!
