Excellent customer service. The assistant manager Mareese and the entire team are very friendly, attentive, and professional. This is the second time I’ve come to try the sandwiches here, and once again, they are delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and great service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants is Panera bread. The one on Sugarloaf Parkway has completely changed that today. They gave me a salad that had hardly any toppings on it. They were nice great service going in. I got home and there was nothing on my salad topping wise, maybe two pieces of chicken I paid $25 for a bowl of soup and a full salad. I went there straight from work came home change my clothes sat down to eat my food saw my salad got dressed. And Went back up to Panera bread a 15 minute drive in traffic and I get up there and very nicely. Tell them to look at my salad and it didn’t have anything on top of it. The manager an African American man told me that is how the salad is supposed to be and proceeded to look at the teenager beside him and asked her if the salad look like that when she put it in the bag. The little girl said no. I looked at her And told her it absolutely did look like that when she put it in the bag. I couldn’t believe they were making me look so foolish and questioning my integrity Over a salad. I told them they could just refund me my money if they didn’t want to fix it the manager then said fine. We will put more things on top of it and they did after they made me look like a liar and Fool I am a God-fearing woman I would never lie about a Salad. As I was walking out, they were all laughing like it was an amusing conversation that we had. I spend about $50 a week in the store. I tip well every time I come in and I am so polite to this store. Will never go back in Panera bread again at sugarloaf . And I will make sure that I let everyone know of the service that was provided to me at the Sugarloaf location This manager does not need to have a manager Position nor is he a good leader or example to the young people that work there. This was so embarrassing how unprofessional

I don’t really have anything negative to say about the food or the service since I intended on picking up my food and doing some work, but when I grabbed my food and went to find a seat, there were literally no outlets. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat while doing assignments, applying for jobs, doing meetings, etc. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Glad this is our home base Panera! I’ve probably been to at least a dozen different Paneras over the years and besides the old Panera that used to be inside Gwinnett Mall this is my fav. Not as pretty as some others I’ve been to but the service is always great here. Everyone is always nice even if I’m just running in for a drink. Their drinks are usually fresh, coffee station is typically stocked well and has cream and sugar syrup readily available. Some other locations I’ve been to while “prettier” are always out of the basics. Thankful for y’all! Always a nice place to meet or sit for a bit and have a tasty bite.

First off I love panera I use to go all the time. But on 8/14/25 my wife and I went. We ordered a lavender lemonade and a coke. We got charged for a third drink. Then while one of the girls was taking my order. She kept laughing at what another girl was whispering in her ear while the other girl was trying to reach her hand into the other girls pocket. I'm assuming that's why I got charged for an extra drink. Then we got the bread with our meal and it was hard as a rock I could literally knock on the table with it. Also I ordered the chicken and rice soup with my Italian sandwich and there was just 1 very long piece of chicken in the soup not another ounce of chicken at all. Very disappointing experience.
