The manager needs to teach the employees how much of the condiments needs to be put on a sandwich. Everytime I order a sandwich with sauce it's like they put an entire bottle in the sandwich. It's disgusting, and I have to take the sandwich apart to wipe it off. Even though I put "light" when I place my order it always is swimming in sauce.
I usually go to the Panera further down sugarloaf because it’s closer to my work. Stopped by this one today and what a difference. The staff here is so friendly polite and helpful. I wish I had got names but everyone was so happy to be at work it seemed but one lady was especially polite. A black lady working the back and cleaning up with little twist in her hair.

The bad: the food that you get here is bad
Not too clean and always has a burnt smell. Wanted to hit the shitter but they were out of toilet paper 🧻. This is closer but driving to John’s creek is worth it. People want to enjoy their experience. Pay me $70k and I’ll get turn this Panera around.
