Excellent customer service. The assistant manager Mareese and the entire team are very friendly, attentive, and professional. This is the second time I’ve come to try the sandwiches here, and once again, they are delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and great service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.
I don’t really have anything negative to say about the food or the service since I intended on picking up my food and doing some work, but when I grabbed my food and went to find a seat, there were literally no outlets. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat while doing assignments, applying for jobs, doing meetings, etc. I’d recommend going somewhere else.
Glad this is our home base Panera! I’ve probably been to at least a dozen different Paneras over the years and besides the old Panera that used to be inside Gwinnett Mall this is my fav. Not as pretty as some others I’ve been to but the service is always great here. Everyone is always nice even if I’m just running in for a drink. Their drinks are usually fresh, coffee station is typically stocked well and has cream and sugar syrup readily available. Some other locations...
