Papa Johns Pizza

Not the best location. Messed up my order 2 times and one delivery guy had a bad attitude. I started getting pizza elsewhere.

This location is terrible! I tried coming back to it after a bad experience a year ago and surprisingly its was a worse experience. They would not open the front door. Lady gives me a sign to go to the drive through, I sit at the window for 15 minutes and no one came over. That was the last time I will ever TRY and spend money at that Location. Pizza places are everywhere. With service like that good luck staying in business!

I waited more than 1 hour for my order, I paid for it and it NEVER ARRIVED I called for an answer and they ignored my call result: No food and No money THEY ROBBED

Why would I plan ahead eating pizza for lunch? It’s a literal last minute thing.

This location sucks, seems like poor management. The wait times for this location are egregious. I have waited over an hour, twice, in the restaurant parking lot to get pizza. One of those times my pizza had very clearly been drying out in a warmer and they apparently couldn’t find it when I was at the window, even though the app said it was “Picked Up”. Despite this, they had me waiting 45 of those minutes in the parking lot after pulling up to the window for the first time.

Most of the food is fine. I normally love papa johns pizza, but using this location is gambling and the odds are stacked against you. Most of the times by I use this location, there is at least a small issue. Today there was just no sauce on the majority of the pizza (see picture). In the past I have had both very dry pizzas (when I am waiting a while) and an undercooked pizza where the dough was still wet in the middle.

Now I get it’s a cheap pizza and I have a lot of loyalty to this brand so I can deal with a subpar pizza every now and then… but the majority of the time I use this location I have issues so i’m done.

Finally, you might be wondering if you can contact them about a major issue. In my experience, NO! I have tried on 3 occasions for major issues over the past 2 years, no luck with the app, website or calling. I have never seen a physical receipt when paying cash at the window either so I can’t fill out a survey.

In short, I love Papa John’s, but this location is so poorly managed that you SHOULD drive somewhere else if you want a decent chance of getting a good product with a reasonable wait time.

My door dasher driver said he was knocking on the door and wasn’t getting answers because they forgot the bread sticks, not great service!! ☹️

The ridiculous line outside because the doors are closed at 8:00 p.m. So if you need to pick up food you have to wait in line, when everyone is ordering at the same time! Btw Plus having employees dancing around inside the store doesn't help the business either.

This location has plummeted over the decade I have been living in Duluth. The signs are never on, the customer service is non existent, and tonight was the worst. Two different people came to the drive thru, asked for my name, never said anything else. Fast forward, clearly they lost my order, I went inside and one employee was throwing down pizza boxes and cursing with a store full of customers. Do not go to this location!

Unfortunately, I have to waste my time writing this review. All we wanted was pepperoni supreme like we ordered. The left off the pepperoni and refused to remake it. 0 stars for not making the pizza we ordered..smh

Terrible customer service…did not get the pizza I ordered. Called the store for help and they refused to exchange pizza or refund it.

Papa John's is pretty good, but Domino's is my favorite.

I ordered a XL pizza. Yet the pizza was the size of a large. A XL is 16in in diameter. My pizza was 14in. I did my survey about my experience and a GM called and said I would receive a credit for the pizza. Yet no credit was given. Papa John’s use to be my favorite pizza chain; but things like this shows me while the chain is going downhill over the years. Take my business elsewhere.

Very bad service, 9 cars in the drivethru and lobby close. Yhis store will be close pretty soon. Very bad service . Couldn’t even place an order they never answer. Tried to speak to the manager and still waiting.

Very busy on Friday between 7 -8 here. But we went for the first time.
After ordering online. We went to pickup but they said it’ll take 10 minutes. We were waiting outside , but a very nice employee came out within 2 minutes to tell us our pizza was ready.
