The little black girl working there today had an extremely nasty attitude today talking about “next time you come make sure you come inside.” Said it with such a nasty tone. I bought pizza here yesterday and was greeted very nicely. My daughter and I get pizza here at least once a week and we always have been greated in a respectful way. This little girl showed be trained again because I don’t think she comprehends the concept of customer service. Sadly!

Orderes delivery while my partner and I are stuck at a hotel and the driver Duane Walker was incredibly friendly and wholesome delivered our food with a smile and joked around a bit.

I needed pizza for my weekly veterans group in Duluth, Georgia. I was in a rush, and everyone was counting on my to honor a fellow veteran who returned home safe from deployment. I called Papa Johns early in the morning, and told them I needed two large pizzas exactly at 12:45pm that same day. You never know sometimes about fast food, but I was so happy that when I got to the Duluth Papa Johns on Peachtree Industrial Blvd., the two large pizza's where hot and ready exactly on time; the general manager greeted me with a bif smile, and I was so happy the way she treated me. I couldn't imagine anyone giving less than a 5 star review for such a great Papa Johns location. The guys and ladies at our vet group said the pizza tasted delicious and was good and hot. Thank you, Papa Johns and staff in Duluth; you made a bunch of hungry veterans very happy.

I don’t know if it was the delivery or papa John’s but my pizza had ants and when I called they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they were closed. I even called the national number same answer. Pictures don’t do any justice they were everywhere.

Let me start by saying that manager that was there earlier today she is a rockstar not only that she’s professional. She’s warming to the customer that came in. In also she handle my pizza with care. I love how she interact with her coworkers even though she looks like she was so tired she said she had to close. I hope that her boss is aware of her dedication and her leadership. She’s what they call a diamond in a rough her name is Brittany Johnson go you girl go you clock it

I don't usually do reviews but nevertheless. I order delivery from Papa Johns just about every weekend without any issues for the most part. However, last weekend I ordered pizza to be delivered and Papa Johns chose to send it through DoorDash. I don't use or order anything through DoorDash. Well, DoorDash never delivered my pizza even though I received a text stating that it was hand delivered to me which it was not. I called the store and the manager said that once it goes to DoorDash there's nothing that they can do. They can't look up the driver or anything. I said that I wanted a refund and she said that I have to get it from DoorDash. That doesn't make sense when I placed my order through Papa Johns, not with DoorDash. The Papa Johns manager transferred me to DoorDash and of course DoorDash couldn't refund me because they never received any payment info from me. DoorDash then transferred me to Papa Johns corporate. She told me the upper management are the only ones who can authorize a refund. She told me that someone would be in contact with me within 48 hours. It's been a week and no response. I also completed Papa Johns customer feedback form. Still waiting for a response.

I ordered on Friday night. I was made aware they decided to hand it off to DoorDash after I ordered. I was told my order was handed to me and completed. I tried to contact said dasher to no avail. Next step recommended was to contact the store. My fiance explained the situation. The women working kept changing her story. Oh it’s still being delivered there’s others delivered in your neighborhood it should be coming? Once we mentioned it said the order was complete she hung up on us! We called back in which she was annoyed that we contacted her again said it would arrive in 10 mins. When it didn’t my fiance drove to the store to find out what the problem was. The doors were all locked at 8:30 pm though your hours say till 1 am. A gentleman employee was walking up to let him in (as it’s business hours I'm certain you’d want guest to be able to enter your store???) she (an African American women the one whom we’ve unfortunately been dealing with all evening) waved him away and told to him to ignore the guest aka my fiance. What even?? He marched around to the drive through which was begrudgingly answered. She said oh guess you never got it? Whilst rolling her eyes, well yeah that’s why I’m here she says I guess we will make it for you go wait in your car. He waits and waits and finally decides to go check and there our order is sitting outside the drive through window. The order was obviously haphazardly thrown together. What awful terrible service. I wish I had chosen any other establishment. We just moved in on Friday and it was so close I was so excited to frequent a nice place but unless they make this right and remove this nasty young lady I will make certain none of my my friends, family or neighbors will use this business.

Bad attitude, I wait about in 15 minutes to place my order and they told me we will be with you in 1minut and they were just doing their work however they were not making any pizza and I was alone in line. And after I placed my order they dont start preparing my food they were just hanging inside here and there.

I never went on had papa John's before. So I decided to go cause it was nearby and I don't like domino's other other mom and pop pizzeria down the street. I went in and told them I never had there pizza.i order. New york style cause I from there. It was the best. Pizza ,close to NY I can get.i also had traditional wings garlic parmesan, yummy, then order boneless, okay but could've had more sauce,but ok.so try it out you won't be sorry,you be glad you took a chace
