It’s very dark inside this place. The food is basic. And the customer service is horror when it comes to the way this place is ran. They should be reported to the better business bureau. I order shrimp rolls with pork and no shrimp were inside the roll. Then when I called these people acted as if it’s no biggie. Now wonder everyone in Duluth calls this place a dump. It’ll be closed by next year for sure. And I noticed rat droppings in the dining room area!

Amazing flavors, prices went up and were not updated so we were thrown off by our bill. But service is great and food is delicious and very fresh. Not every Pho place is as good as this one.

Some of the best Pho. I always ask for extra tendon and they always come through. Take out for Pho is only available in large quantities, so be prepared for that.

Pho 24 have the best atmosphere and the food is great, nice and hot, well prepared. If a cold is coming on, I quickly go see Pho 24 for either the Chicken or Beef soup to quickly fight off a scratchy throat. Besides fighting a cold, this location in Duluth is #1 for me.

A lot of one-star reviews and descriptions here have simply got to be fake. I went here today with my wife and we both had pho for breakfast. Granted, it was slow at that time, but the service, presentation, quality, and ambiance were all perfect.
