Tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday for their banquet menu rather than their regular Pho menu which I understand is very good. I have to say that their banquet menu was hit or miss, but more misses than hits. It's not that the misses were bad, just not quite up to reasonable expectation. The restaurant dining room is quite nice and spacious with gorgeous crystal chandeliers and service was quite efficient. Definitely worth coming back to try their regular menu.

I went here yesterday for lunch and they had a big grand opening sign up, so maybe it's come under new management. They were also running a free pho promotion, which was a nice surprise! The pho was so, so good. Really excellent broth. The service was also fast, attentive, and friendly! Highly recommend and a business I would be excited to support again!

Service was beyond phenomenal, which is hard to find in this day and age. Very nice and generous employees! Had a great experience and would most definitely come again. The limeade was really good.

I have always passed this place during my Costco supply runs, but I had a strong craving for something refreshing on this hot day! Thought that would resolved with my trip here but unfortunately was not the case. Upon walking inside, you can't help but notice how only a quarter of the building is used for dining whereas the rest was being utilized for storage for reception hall furniture. There was music being played as to pair with the dining experience. My table was still dirty/sticky upon being sat down so I had to run it once with a napkin and water.Ordered a avocado smoothie with bun thit. I was the only customer at the time so It surprised me when it took 10 minutes for my avocado smoothie to be started (heard the blender) followed by another 10-15 for my entree to come out. First off, the smoothie was no more than a wet powered driven slush that had the consistency of water paired with shaved ice sprinkled in. The taste was overshadowed by its powdered flavor with a hint of mango for sweetness. The bun thit was rather disappointing as there were harder noodle pieces. I can only assume that it was either old noodles left out and dried as a result. The nuoc mam was too sweet for my taste but I am not going to knock on that as recipe for that varies between establishments. Service was a bit lacking when taking into account that I was the only customer and only had table service during ordering, food placement, or paying the check. Overall, I would venture to say that there is room to grow. I would like to think that my experience is due to the time in which I came - week day at 3p.

Absolutely my favorite Pho lunch restaurant by far. Excellent and very friendly service. Wonderful high quality food and the prices are very reasonable for the food and service quality. Highly recommend!

Restaurant is best kept secret. There are 9 locations. Very clean and prompt service. Food arrived very quickly and fresh! Pho chicken broth very clean and bright! Added fresh ingredients that added a new level of flavors. Lemon grass chicken-ate immediately…sorry no picture, was amazing the balance of flavors added to my enjoyment. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly! Seasoned perfect and very tasty. The meal was close to perfection best we have had since moving to Georgia!

The pho is quite satisfactory. The soup is not greasy but very tasty. The rice noodles are too thin to bite, and the ingredients are sufficient. There are beef tendon, beef brisket and pork in the house pho. The big bowl of soup can't be finished by one person. Deep-fried spring rolls and Vietnamese-style spring rolls are both vegetarian fillings, and they have to be dipped in house special sauce to have a taste. Parking is plenty, there is only one service person for greeting, taking orders and serving at lunchtime.

They have a lot of large tables, so can seat party of 8 or 10 easily without issue. One of the servers we encountered was very friendly and professional (a female one), but the young gentlemen wasn't so great. We ordered a few appetizers and two bowls of Pho (they are running promotion this month for dine-in Pho BOGO), somehow, when this young gentlemen took our order, he missed one bowl, and only ordered the apps + one bowl of Pho... He did apologize when he found out about the mistake when he brought us the food, but this could have been avoided if he had repeated our order when he was taking the order. The food, ugh, we have had better at other Pho places. Pho broth was okay, but the amount of ingredients in the bowl felt short comparing to the pho we had in other similar places. The fresh shrimp rolls, the was supposed to be served before our soup bowl came, it came later then the soup bowl. And also we felt it was a bit 'empty', comparing to other similar places, the shrimp rolls would be very/firmly filled. The fried chicken wings, ugh, I would say DON'T ORDER IT! $7.99 for 6 pieces of tiny wings (especially one of the piece we got was those EXTREMELY TINY one). Size disappointing apart, I wish it wasn't just plain wings with dipping sauce, I prefer they were already coated with sauce (which many Vietnamese places serve in that way). All in all, it was a disappointing experience. I was hoping with this BOGO promotion it allowed us to discover a hidden gem, but unfortunately, it was the opposite. Hope there would be improved and I still wish them a success business.

The pho was pretty good, the soap was not greasy but very tasty. The rice noodles were too thin to bite. there were plato of sliced beef tenders, beef brisket, port which came with the house pho. The size of super big bowl of soup can be challenging for one to complete. Both deep fried spring rolls and Viennese style spring rolls were vegetarian, dip into house made sauce to have taste.

what an interesting experiencemy family and i all ordered pho. the broth seemed to be 1-2 days old tasting very salty and concentrated. i think seeing only 1 car in the parking lot was a sign. the sides of vegetables we were given were extremely disappointing. 3 leaves of some lettuce, 2 stems of basil and 2 lemon wedges. as a family who loads up with them we were dissapointed with this sight as wr are use to being given more. but hey, at least we each get 1 leaf of some kind of lettuce. we weren’t given any water, so looked like our family was in to just have the broth as our beverage. after a long trip we were hungry for anything and the service definitely could have been better. even heavily populated pho restaurants can make a bowl of pho faster. the time it took for only 2 bowls of pho to come out was very questionable. all though the pho broth was much too salty to our liking, it was better than most places we’ve had. with the restaurants interesting atmosphere i could see why people may come, definitely with a group of friends.the bathroom was quite uncomfortable. there were big gaps in between the doors and the wall for each stall. gladly me and my family were the only customers in there i didn’t have to worry about a peeping tom
