I'm very disappointed with our experience today. We eat here frequently and have a standard order: we always ask for extra vermicelli to replace the vegetables and herbs. This has never been an issue in the past and was always a simple substitution.
Today, we placed the exact same order and were surprised to see an extra $4 charge on our bill for the vermicelli. At no point did the server inform us that this substitution would now cost extra. Good service would be communicating a new charge before we order, not surprising us with it on the bill. It feels like a 'bait and switch' and is a terrible way to treat repeat customers. This $4 charge has unfortunately cost you our business.

I freaking love pho but I am forever crossing out this restaurant from the list, worst pho place ever! Waited like an idiot to be acknowledged and even then they pretended to not see me, my boyfriend can’t eat with chopsticks and the whole time we were there (aka yesterday) (sep 28th 2025) , he was not able to enjoy his food due to not being able to eat with the chopsticks, we weren’t able to get a drink, or a damn order of rice, I regretted it so bad!!! never coming back oh and the chicken wings tasted stupid old, had a foul smell to them👎🏾smh

Pho is good but overpriced, also ordered over the phone it seemed like communication issues I went to go pick it up and it was the wrong order, instead of working with me to get something I wanted after already paying and seeing the order was wrong I walked out with something I didn’t want. Lunch at subway instead.

Great pho! I’ve been looking for a good pho place. They have three bowl sizes and the medium is plenty. But also low key want the large next time I’m there. I got the pho seafood and it was so good. The extra bits are on the side so I just added some bean sprouts and was good to go. I didn’t feel rushed at all, just chilled out a while and read. You just pay at the counter whenever you’re ready. The staff were super nice. Absolutely will be back.
I ordered one bowl of pho for $19.07 after tax. The restaurant added a $21 “gratuity” without my consent, bringing the total to $40.07. No one informed me and no authorization was obtained. I called the restaurant three times. Twice I was told the manager was “not in” and my info was taken. The manager called me after midnight once (I was asleep); the next day I called back and the manager was still “not in.” Today I called again and a staff member said he had “done his best,” implying the manager might be rich enough not to care about customers, so complaints are ignored. No resolution to date. This is an unauthorized charge. I have the receipt and will file a bank dispute and report to the authorities. Please double-check your receipts if you pay here.
If the restaurant refunds the overcharge and issues a public apology, I will update this review.

The food is great. However, the mandatory 20% tip added to the bill without any opt-out option felt restrictive and detracted from the experience. While the cuisine deserves five stars, the inflexible tipping policy leaves room for improvement.
