Pho House is so delicious! We have actually decided they are our favorite pho place for several years now. Years ago our favorite place closed, so then we ate at quite a number in the area and then we even bought broth and tasted several places side by side, and determined that Pho House is the best. Their veg/herb plate always looks so fresh and pristine, which you can't say about every place. The tendon is soft and silky. Their other food items are tasty as well. The staff and atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming and I love everything about it! We recently ate at a few other pho places outside of Duluth just because it was cold and those towns were where we happened to be at mealtime, and they just made us miss the reliable quality & deliciousness of Pho House! Last night I noticed they are recommended by Michelin Guide American South 2025, so it's not just my opinion. Come & see!

This is the most delicious Vietnamese noodle I have ever eaten in Atlanta. The price is reasonable, and the meat is delicious.

Ordered a bowl of chicken soup and the chicken was black. I asked them to replace it and the guy brought me a cold piece of chicken to the table and said to throw it into my soup. Instead of replacing the soup with something edible, they said just keep the soup and eat it. Didn't offer to give us a discount or even apologize. The worst staff ever

We just had lunch here on Christmas’s Day. The food was so good, and the spring rolls were delicious, especially the bun bo hue was rich, flavorful and high quality. I’ve tried bun bo hue at many places before and it never really fit my taste, but trying it here completely changed my mind.👍 Also, the server was extremely helpful and patient. We asked quite a lot of questions, and it felt like we might have taken up her time since the restaurant was getting busy, but she still took the time to explain several dishes we weren’t familiar with and what they were like. Really appreciated her service. We’ll definitely be back👍

Stopped by last Sunday before hitting 10-hour drive trip back home. We searched couple places and decided to come here despite their not-so-great review, my cousin recommended this place also.
Got seated right away and decided to try their pho. We ordered 5 large, 1 small as we did not know how big the size was. When they brought out, we quite shocked but still eat it anyway. Later, we asked for dipping plates, they gave the to-go container. Seriously, what kind of pho place doesn't have the small plate/dipping bowl for siracha??
The entire meal, nobody came to ask how we were doing or refilled our water, but there were server standing chit-chat with their regulars or playing on the phone. It's fine, that's how most of pho service is.
Time to pay, the guy asked my brother how the meal was. Finally. But they charge us 20% for service.. I got it since we have 6 tops plus 2 kids but they don't deserve 20% tips, even though we always tips extra as I have kids= messes. I worked/co-manange at pho place for 8 years and 3 years at belgian restanrant so I'm really confident to say how good service should be. Since my brother paid and told me about the service charge after we left, otherwise I would say something. When we ordered size large, we don't know how big as our fault for not asking, just looking around and assuming but as the server, they should use their instinct to inform us that the size is quite large. We are small frame, not big people so the large size is good enough for 2 of us. They did not care since more money, more tips for them. The pho was great, even the vè dòn is quite fatty that made me stop eating half way.
If I visited GA again, I never come back here!

Although the pho broth was rich, the brisket was almost all fat. Another complain is, the ban mi bread was stale and tasted old. It had difficult to chew. The service was okay. One thing I would like to point out was that the workers were eating while on duty or working.

Today on Thanksgiving day on Thursday, November 27, 2025 I went to this Pho House restaurant in Duluth Georgia because I've been driving to three Vietnamese food restaurant where I normally go to in Georgia, but all three of those restaurants are closed for Thanksgiving so I don't live in Atlanta Georgia or any county or city in Georgia. I drove up from Knoxville Tennessee to drive down to the Asian Vietnamese community in Atlanta Georgia in the northeast Atlanta area so I've been driving to three Vietnamese restaurants to eat some fun but I'd drive to three places they are closed so I find this place on Apple Maps so I drive there. I thought it was closed cause I thought there was an employee walking in, but it was actually another customer going into eat as well and that's relieved me because I haven't eaten anything all day from driving down to Georgia. Is there to eat beef pho rice noodles soup. So I find the closest restaurant which is this restaurant the restaurant server he and she was very nice as soon a walk inside of their restaurant the restaurant greeter bring me to their available table and bring me to the table. Give me a picture of water in a silver metal cup and I took my time while I decided to to order our order myself some a large bowl of pho beef brisket, and meatball rice noodle soup and a cup of sweet tea. The server and a restaurant greeter was extremely nice to me. I haven't run any type of issues from this restaurant so this is my first time here and good service here and give them a 20% tip so I just wanna spend my brunch Thanksgiving at this Vietnamese pho restaurant in Duluth, Georgia a.k.a. pho house. And it's plenty of parking spaces. You can park anywhere up to your preference as long. You just enjoy your meal here at this restaurant so no issues so I also take a picture of my pho before they gave me my cup of sweet tea. I told the woman restaurant greeter happy Thanksgiving and leave the restaurant and go on about my day. Thank God, this restaurant saved my stomach because I was hungry. A lot of restaurant and retail store are closed for Thanksgiving so this restaurant just saved my hunger and Hangry.

I'm very disappointed with our experience today. We eat here frequently and have a standard order: we always ask for extra vermicelli to replace the vegetables and herbs. This has never been an issue in the past and was always a simple substitution.

Today, we placed the exact same order and were surprised to see an extra $4 charge on our bill for the vermicelli. At no point did the server inform us that this substitution would now cost extra. Good service would be communicating a new charge before we order, not surprising us with it on the bill. It feels like a 'bait and switch' and is a terrible way to treat repeat customers. This $4 charge has unfortunately cost you our business.
