The fried rice and fried chicken was trash. Don't waste 15 on com ga...
Went here again to see how things are after my stellar review. Looks like things went south. Prices went up while food quality went down.
We didn’t try the Pho but the portion of Bun Rieu we got was kind of not as expected. The soup was good, but the meat part was a bit disappointed. We also tried Banh Cuon and it was really good

Yesterday was my first time trying Pho and I love it!! I loved it so much I went back there today. Lol the staff are really very welcoming, nice and polite. I read that I have to eat this is moderation but this is my new spot for Pho. Thank you, Pho House.

The soups we had (my not pho) were flavorful. Traditional elements were noticable. The Banh Mi was delicious. The bread had a nice crispy crunch to it and was not dry. The fillings were moist.

Location was very clean with lots of parking. We grabbed our pho to go I got the one with the fatty beef and it wasn’t the usual kind super fatty it wouldn’t even melt. We originally got it for our hang over the next day but the broth didn’t hit.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I asked for egg rolls with my order and reminded the staff three separate times, but they were never prepared. I waited 15 minutes, asked again, and was told they’d be coming—but they still weren’t made. I waited another 10 minutes and asked again, only to find out they still hadn’t put the order in.
After all the waiting and miscommunication, I asked if they could at least offer a discount for the inconvenience. The only thing they offered was a free Coke, which felt like a poor attempt to make up for the issue. I expected better service and accountability, especially after being so patient.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the service at Pho House was incredibly disappointing. I waited far too long to be acknowledged, and when I was finally served, the interaction felt rushed and inattentive. It was clear that customer care was not a priority during my visit. Good food can’t make up for poor service, and unfortunately, I left feeling more frustrated than satisfied. I truly hope the management addresses these issues, as this place has potential but falls short in hospitality.

Service was not the greatest waited for a long time to order mainly because the waiter was just sitting down all the time and the food and smoothie was not good either.
