Very disrespectful staff & drivers. I ordered a medium pizza for delivery at 6pm, they told us it would be delivered by 6:45, but we waited the extra 15 and called them when I didn't see anyone by 7. We were told the driver was 5 minutes away, so we waited. 7:30, still no sign of the driver, I called and was placed on hold, another 5 minutes go by and the driver pulls up on the phone with the store as well. I asked the driver what happened, he didn't respond and stated that we either take the food now or he takes it back. I grabbed the box and it was freezing, like it had been sitting out for an hour, so I asked for a refund, but he stated if I took the food, I wouldn't get a refund. He left with our food and our money. Never going back to this place. Hope y'all enjoyed our dinner.
They need to hire people that is fluent in English as well as Spanish I understand that. They need to specify on their website the size and the price of the pizzas. The pictures they have on their website is obviously a large pizza. The pizza that is posted on the website is obviously a large pizza not a small so so they need to correct that. And put the prices on the website of the small medium and large pizza
