Have been visiting Poke City for 10+ years. I order the same thing everytime. Medium Rice bowl, 2 proteins,veggies, sauce and my favorite (avocado-which is an extra charge). Today for the 1st time, my avocado was not ripe at all. It was so hard that it was almost like biting an apple. Please don't charge extra for something that people can't eat. If I had not waited until I was home, 25 minutes away I would have brought it to their attention before I left.

having the teriyaki Chicken bowl (wasn’t pleasant at all) $20.00 not worth it. The lady didn’t make any effort to fill it up the plate , she seems very bored working there and the chicken didn’t taste good (old frozen chicken) in the end when they ask you for a tip started to talking in their lenguage(but because I left something she looked at me (and smiled) only time I felt she was ok .

I come here all the time and the food and service is always 10/10! They never get my order wrong and my everything is always made fresh. The prices are affordable and it’s my fav poke bowl spot! Highly recommend.
