I ordered online and when I received my food the rice which was literally majority of the meal was stale and overcooked wasn’t edible at all I had to throw it out also paid $30 for 2 plates feel like I’m being ripped off

I ordered take out. I'm glad to see that they have many vegan items. I had the Tofu tacos and tofu fingers I think it had a teriyaki sauce on them. Both were delicious. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try

been going here for a year with no problems till today. funky ahh man working there older guy told me to smile while im just trying to fill my drink at the soda machine, my grandma died this morning SORRY IM NOT SMILING YOU CREEP. its so weird to tell a stranger to smile you dont know what theyre dealing with just shut up and mind your business.

They have the best chicken on earth. Love the tacos and wings. The employees are always kind and very helpful! Fabulous desserts, and specialty teas. Their food is definitely a healthier choice!

I recently tried PONKO Chicken, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, and their signature OG really took it to the next level sweet, savory, and a little addictive. The sides were solid too; I especially liked the fries and green beans, though a couple of the other options felt more average.

I love Ponko chicken. I think its the best chicken I ever had. The fries and salads are great. My hubby loves the tacos and chicken wings.
The grandkids love the kids meals and enjoy the games and coloring books. The hot dogs and fried mushrooms are delicious.
Staff is always kind and friendly!

I find myself wanting to swing by here on my way home from work somewhat frequently. The staff is incredibly friendly and the store front is clean and welcoming. The food always hits the spot for me and I love how many options they have. I typically go with the OG plate or the salad meal. Both are great options.

Honestly if you haven’t been before, give it a go. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

On Thursday, August 14, my toddler and I visited this location for the third time this week. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is absolutely amazing! Thank you, David and Melvin for introducing us to other menu options. The chicken tacos are a hit! I’m always apprehensive about taking my daughter out places to eat because she can get messy and clumsy. Thank you Melvin for your patience and attentiveness and kindness with the spill. It’s nice to see the youth take their job service and display manners. Great job team!
