Ponko Chicken Duluth is the best! I just used them to cater an engagement party. The communication with David was outstanding. The food was amazing and everyone loved it! The entire process was a breeze and very professional. We will definitely be using them again!

Delicious! We were excited to try a different type of chicken and Ponko is it! We chose the OG sauce. They tossed the chicken in the sauce, but it remained crispy! The pickled cucumbers are the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. Sweet potato fries were crispy and soft on the inside.

The staff greeted us when we walked in and were friendly throughout our experience.
We will be back!

Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.I stopped by for lunch on a quiet Friday afternoon. The space is small but clean, and it wasn’t too busy that day.I ordered the fried Ponko chicken with french fries and sesame green beans. Everything was pretty tasty, though the chicken could have been better if it was made to order. The breading isn't like the tempura or karaage you’d find in Japan; it’s more similar to what you'd find on fish sticks (if that makes sense). I opted to get the sauces on the side: the OG (a tangy-sweet teriyaki) and Ranch (white girls love Ranch). The green beans reminded me of Thanksgiving green bean casserole, but with a flavorful twist of sesame and garlic. My favorite part of the meal? The fries—especially when dipped in Ranch ?

First off, God it is so dead inside of that place. Second off the 2 cooks in the back kept touching their mouths and faces while making food. Lady who rang me up barely said a word to me. Id rather drive allllll the way to the atlanta location than keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Its a management issue.

Love this new place on Sugarloaf! A fresh new approach to the chicken tender. Great flavor with amazing sides at a reasonable price. If you work or live in the area, I encourage you to add this to your lunch or dinner rotation. You will enjoy! Highly recommend!!!

I got the teriyaki grilled chicken plate and the chicken was overcooked. The flavor was great, the portions were amazing, and the potato salad was delicious. I'll have to give this place another try, but the dry, tough chicken was disappointing.
