Why aren’t they open when it’s say they are open online. I decided to get in my car and go get it this time and they aren’t open & there’s cars here. Won’t even answer the phone

The service here takes way to long. It’s ridiculous. Been sitting here with maybe 3 other cars for 30 mins waiting on FAST food.
I had to now edit this review because after sending my food back the first time, they messed it up again, only to find the information out when I got home. I want a refund that whole process was ridiculous.

Absolutely embarrassing service. Chicken sandwich took 10 minutes in the drive through, comes out with two orders brings the wrong order to my car and then yells at me because she has to remake it because I took the wrong order.

The chicken is good... the sides have gone downhill... no diet coke or ice tea ... no condiments napkins or silverware except behind the counter... having to go and wait for another napkin is just stupid and cheap on their part ...and with fried chicken you need an extra napkin

It’s rare that I get the opportunity to brag on Popeyes, but today was different! I stopped by to get lunch today, and the food was so good! The chicken was freshly fried, well-seasoned and crispy! The biscuits were buttered and fresh and the red beans and rice were good! Whoever was on shift on Friday, August 1, 2025 between 12:30 and 1:30 did an amazing job in quality and service, and I thank you for a good Popeyes experience! Well done and keep up the great work!

The staff's service attitude is not good 👎
You have many chain stores, employee training, employee work efficiency, and employee quality are more important because store employees face customers directly. I like your fried chicken, but every experience is frustrating. 4 full wings cost $12.56, and the shopping receipt is not printed, so that's all I have to say.

I accidentally put an order in and discovered that it was the wrong location. Someone was picking the order up for me so I couldn’t ask them to go to the other location because it was so far away. I spoke to the manager and he told me they don’t do refunds because payment is done through a third party. I’ve tried several times to go through customer support online and every time I put my email address in an error code pops up! I guess someone else enjoyed two free meals on me. First establishment not to have a refund policy. Keep that in mind if your order gets messed up! Highway robbery!!

The food is good. But they never have enough made. It's a freaking chicken store and they never have enough chicken. I was there after the rush hour for lunch and dinner and they still didn't have any chicken. How does a chicken store never have enough chicken?

Food was all good and fresh. Had a large order (300 pc bone in) which meant we had to wait, but that was expected. The customer service here is great.. they kept me informed! Will be back soon to do more business! Shots out to Bean and Dom for their wonderful service and business!

Went through drive through today and ordered REGULAR tenders 5pc. I received spicy tenders with a half a box of fries. AT the price of a combo, this is unacceptable. The person serving the food barely acknowledged me as he was on his cell phone chatting away. Also, I'm not sure how they are making their biscuits down here, but at the duluth locations, the biscuits are hard, chewy, and barely any butter flavor like I remember. I will not be returning. IF I had received a receipt, I would be complaining to corporate, but unfortunately you need one to do that.
