To celebrate February 14, we decided to make a reservation for 3 people at 8:00 pm... when they gave us the table, the waitress who would serve us, whose name was Vicky, approached and gave us the menu and wine lists, from that moment on she She was very fast when she approached us to ask if we were ready to order something to drink, my husband asked for a bottle, and when she brought us the bottle, the right thing to do is to first taste the wine to know if it is good or not, she immediately told us. She served the two glasses without asking what we thought, my husband looked at her and she told him "I already opened it and they'll drink it" We were shocked because this restaurant is our favorite in the area, we decided to skip that attitude but it was to get us up eh let's go, unfortunately because of people like her one stops going to good places, I hope the waitress takes classes to have good customer service, we have been customers of the Roma Restaurant since the first days they opened and we have always felt very good treatment kind and sorry to write this review.

Let me start off by saying this place is AMAZING! Everything from the atmosphere, the service, food, and location! I ordered the Rigatoni Rosso Romano, super tasty! Great portion size and flavors. Our server Paola was exceptional, very friendly and always checked on us. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. Looking forward to going again soon ☺️

I’ve come here 3 times so far and enjoyed it every time. Our server Kayla is kind-hearted, welcoming, and professional, making sure our dinner is always out quickly and going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. The food is always delicious and the portion sizes are great. I definitely recommend coming here for a cozy dinner.

Came here for a birthday. The host was pretty rude so my first impression was not very good. BUT the food was very good, and the waitress was really nice. Was going to cut a cake here but the cake cutting fee steered us away. ( probably would not come here to celebrate a birthday with an external cake next time)

We made a reservation on a Friday night for 20 of a family members. However, we ended up taking two extra kids for dinner, a nine month old, and a five year old. The host was extremely rude, and started dragging chairs to the dinner table to accommodate two of us. When we decided to have a conversation about his abrasive demeanor , one of the staff members comes over to us, and states that we did not have a decency to inform them about two extra kids. They were extremely rude and hostile. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I’m sorry that this restaurant exists !
