Complete disappointment!!! We tried first time and were served with stale and tasteless nihari and beef bihari kabob. When I pointed out, they changed my nihari which was fresh, but still tasteless. Why did they serve stale nihari in the first place? The menu is expensive, at least serve fresh and tasty food!!

No idea why they dropped their amazing Chicken Bihari Kabaab. It was absolutely the best thing they had on the menu. They still have the beef version, but it's a downer for those of us who don't eat red meat. Their food is excellent. I am giving them 4 stars, because I want more people to go there and I want them to remain in business, because the food is so good. However, they seriously need to work on their service. If one of the ladies is the server, it goes much better than if one of the men are around. They disappear for long intervals and are not around if you need anything. The ladies are really good and make sure you have everything you need. The ambience needs work too. It isn't welcoming. It's cold. If they work on these issues, they could really be good. We've tried their Chana Masala, Paalak Paneer, Chicken Kadhaai, Chicken Nihaari and Chicken Bihari kabaab. Everything is amazing. It's one of our favourite places! I hope they read this and work on improving some of what they're lacking.

I order from here very often and the food has always been excellent, however I ordered 1 chicken Karai, 1 Nihari and 4 naans. For the first time the food was terrible. The chicken was not fully cooked and the gravies of both had no taste. The naan was hard and chewy. Normally the naan is soft and delicious even after heating and eating it after 2 days. I called the restaurant to advise them and all I got was an apology and that they will take care next time instead of telling me to bring the food back and they will make a fresh order for me.

We went over there 4:30 they said will open 5:00. When we got in three tables were full of dirty plates and bones. They didn’t clean those tables. They put glasses on our table like jangli people. We ask sprite thy bring Thumsup. Ironically staff was sitting and eating Subway. Feel like we are sitting in a storage room
