I was at this Starbucks the other day and ordered a grande matcha latte and asked for light ice. Well, the drink had a lot of ice. I told him that and he remade the drink then the next drink was all foam . I honestly think he did that on purpose. On the label it clearly stated " light ice" after looking at all the other reviews on here I really think they don't read the labels properly and charging 6-7 $ for a drink I think they need to read carefully.
Now I don't normally leave reviews because well I'm normally over whatever the problem is when I get to my destination. This time it really made me mad. I get my drink the same way everytime,I may down size but the drink always the same. The customization that I worry most about is NO CINNAMON POWDER. You read my order back correctly, it was correct on the screen,yet you still dumped cinnamon powder in my drink! So much that I couldn't drink it. I go to this...
I love going to this location. I always come bright and early and the staff is wonderful. Mason, Sevas and this other women are always so friendly. I wish I remembered her name. The coffee always tastes great.
