Typical Starbucks. The staff ks amazing and well trained. They had trouble with the drive through hearing us... i don't think thats a staff issue as much as a service the mic issue. The staff was VERY patient and kind about it. I give the food a lower score because there is something at this location like the water or a mix up of flavors due to improper food stuff or something makes the caramel taste like amaretto.
Workers were super nice and attentive however the A/C was broken and the store was super hot. I was told it’s been that way for a month and that is unacceptable. Corporate needs to do better. That isn’t right for customers but most importantly the employees.
I don't know if everyone experiences the same reaction but every time I walk in the door everyone says hello and welcome in how am I doing today and for me that goes a long way. So even if my drink is messed up which it rarely is it doesn't bother me it's still drinkable LOL.
