I came for the 6 dollar tickets which the theater is one of like 5 near me to do the promotion so that’s nice but the drink was 8 dollars and and popcorn was also expensive. The theater seats were broken, it smelled moldy, and no ac so it was hot, humid, and musty. Gave me a headache and nausea but atleast it was 12 bucks for two tickets.

This establishment is the worse establishment I’ve been to, hands down. To start, my husband and I visited on 07/16 to see the 3pm Jurassic Park movie and from the time we walked in, the young lady who distributed the movie tickets had absolutely zero customer service skills, equivalent to Frankenstein. Secondly, there was some confusion about our bill and the manager, Mike, was very passive and unprofessional. He spoke to the employees with no respect, in a managerial position you should be able to listen and communicate respectfully. I missed almost 30mins of the movie going back and forth, even after I expressed my disappointment, I wasn’t offered anything to rectify, an apology would’ve been just fine. The only upside was our server, Amir. Sweetest young man ever. I almost didn’t want to mention his name as I truly believe after leaving a review he’ll face retaliatory consequences, but I had to show credit where it’s due. I’ll never ever visit this establishment again and I suggest you don’t either.

First time visiting this movie theater chain. The pros... the cleanliness and order of the place are very good, as is the staff's attention. The audio and projection quality are excellent. The food is good, but the portions are really small (I ordered a combo meal to share). That detail alone doesn't make it 5 stars.

Customer service at the ticket box was good, the Theater is itself was very, the employees were nice. The food was absolutely disgusting, and since 18% Gratuity is automatically included. The customer service is horrible when it comes to the food they literally bought my food out and a good time. However, it was cold and didn’t taste good at all, I ordered the chicken pasta, and pizza for 5 year. She didn’t eat the pizza at all and she loves pizza and the pasta was unbelievably unappetizing. I waited about 25 before I got up ri get a waitress or waiter because no one had come in to check on us to see if we needed anything or offer any type of service. Eat before you go.
