Wow!!! I haven’t been to this theater in years. The only thing that could have made this visit better is if I would have taken a picture of the food I ordered! The coconut shrimp and chicken was superb, The customer service was outstanding… The movie theater was huge with ac gigantic screen and comfortable recliner seating! I wish I lived closer but distance won’t stop me from coming back!!!

The 4 of us went to see Running Man today and firstly, one of our group's seat was completely broken, so much so that he almost fell out of it. Fortunately there were no other people in the theater so they just moved to the other side of my husband and I. Next, we ordered lunch, which was rather expensive but fine. My friends purchased their tickets at the entrance and once the purchase was done they saw they did not get any reward points from the purchase. They inquired and were told to do that they have to give their phone number first and now that it was done there was nothing that staff member could do. They came to their seats and asked the staff person there who told them she could fix it but in order to do so they would have to purchase something to eat. They did so and still the reward points were not added. Next we got our food and while we were watching the previews we started getting attacked by ants! We complained and the staff person said he would get a manager. A woman came in and all she said she could do is let us change seats. We did so but even though the ants were less there were still ants. We could not even finish our food and I was flicking ants off of me and getting bit the entire movie. If the movie had not been good I would have walked out. After the movie I asked for the manager again and when I spoke with him, first he said they did not have a female manager on shift today so the woman we spoke to was not even a manager and she had not told him anything about our issues. He then said he needed to check on some things and 20 mins later he came back and said he looked in the theater and did not find any ants. He said he still believed me but the implication was definitely there. For our troubles he gave me 1 guest pass and one $10 off food card. We spent around $50 on tickets, $70 on mine and my husband's food and $20 on my friend's food, so $150 dollars and could not finish our food or completely enjoy the movie and he gave us a single guest pass and $10 food card?!? This is beyond unacceptable.

Worst theatre in Gwinnett. Definitely was the last time I was coming back here. Had ants crawling on us during the movie, solution was move rows down in the middle of the movie. Got popcorn, bag wasn’t even full. Also didn’t get my points due to not providing a phone number I was never asked for.
There’s a reason this theatre’s reviews started high and are now dog water.
Manager. Useless. Go speak to him yourself, after 30 seconds you’ll know exactly what I mean.

This place has really gone downhill. Strike 1 was the 12% surprise surcharge for online tickets. Money that is not going into upkeep of the theater. Strike 2 was 2 of the 3 seats I reserved were broken. The seat backs were laying over 45° back and were loose. We had to move and hope no one reserved the seats we took. Strike 3 was the EIGHTEEN PERCENT surcharge to popcorn and soda. That money is not going to the upkeep and I sincerely hope it is going directly to the servers because I am not paying an upcharge AND paying your employees.

most of the seats in this theater do not recline, and the prices of the food are as expected for the movies but the quality is terrible. food came cold. theater screens are tiny!

Really enjoyed this theater. The food though was a 4 out of 10 in my opinion. Everything else was superb.
Best theatre in Atlanta at its price point, menu & tickets are affordable.. the reclining seats are comfy ( for the most part). The connected bar/lounge is an added bonus for before or after the movies too. Nice set up.. been coming here for a decade.. and still gets 2 thumbs up.

The chairs were uncomfortable, the lights wouldn't dim all the way, and you can hear other movies through the walls, but the staff is incredibly nice

Been several times. To me and many others, movie popcorn matters. Their popcorn is AWFUL. It’s not fresh. It’s stale. There’s no flavor even when you ask for it. It’s just bad. That is NOT movie theater popcorn. It’s never fresh and is just disgusting. If they fixed this, honestly it would help uplift the whole experience.

my husband and i have been coming here for 10 years. i absolutely love this movie theatre! Steven is my new favorite server. he was charming, funny and very informative with all the new menu items. i recommend this place 100%.
