I came for the 6 dollar tickets which the theater is one of like 5 near me to do the promotion so that’s nice but the drink was 8 dollars and and popcorn was also expensive. The theater seats were broken, it smelled moldy, and no ac so it was hot, humid, and musty. Gave me a headache and nausea but atleast it was 12 bucks for two tickets.
First time visiting this movie theater chain. The pros... the cleanliness and order of the place are very good, as is the staff's attention. The audio and projection quality are excellent. The food is good, but the portions are really small (I ordered a combo meal to share). That detail alone doesn't make it 5 stars.
Customer service at the ticket box was good, the Theater is itself was very, the employees were nice. The food was absolutely disgusting, and since 18% Gratuity is automatically included. The customer service is horrible when it comes to the food they literally bought my food out and a good time. However, it was cold and didn’t taste good at all, I ordered the chicken pasta, and pizza for 5 year. She didn’t eat the pizza at all and she loves pizza and the pasta was unbelievably...
