This location doesn’t allow you to buy a steak sandwich with coupon . Is this a joke ?

Despite not being able to get what I want , the employee was nice and helped me pick a different sandwich .

I placed a promo order and used my reward, but the restaurant canceled it, saying double promotions aren’t allowed. I’ve done this at other locations without issues, so why here? If my order was submitted, doesn’t that prove it was valid? Feels unfair and disappointing.

The rudest employee working. He made me order via the app even though the website states you don’t need a coupon for the deal that is requested. I didn’t argue so I went ahead and did, while making my sandwich we was doing everything but making it touching everything and i made a simple request and he got mad and put the wrong mustard on my order. He then made rude comment and they remade the sandwich which attitude and threw my sandwich at me didn’t say anything. As Regional Manager for a neighboring business, the customer service here is terrible and would not recommend.

This man right here canceled my ordered because I used a coupon. I have been driving for hours and finally get off work and really wanted a sub just to get denied using a coupon. He said if I want the sub I need to pay full price. I will be calling corporate in the morning.

Me and my wife was happends to be in area and live near by but we stop
By here first time and last time due the food making process for sandwich was not what expected it and adding topping on sandwich very very less less each topping, but I don't recommend this location at all.

Sadly im changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. This use to be my go to subway. They don’t give double lettuce anymore but all the other subway restaurants do. If yall want a good sandwich near by: publix does a better one with everything u want for a cheaper price! All my friends go there now. Make sure u line up early at publix cause its really popular since this subway went to crap.

I ordered a tuna foot-long and usually you can see how much tuna they put in. Thanks to their new meat fridge, you can’t tell how much they are skimping you. The tuna was spread out so thin, you can only taste the bread. The owner also is so cheap with the amount of veggies they give you. When I asked for more, they argue back saying they already put it in. Publix sub it is!

Horrible service I walked in to get lunch after my workout and asked if I could get ice and water they lady just looked at me funny and said no. I informed I was planning on buying food and she still said no. I walked out.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The sandwiches I ordered were extremely disappointing—barely any meat or toppings, which made them feel incredibly stingy. To make matters worse, the staff refused to accept any promos or coupons for the sandwiches I ordered in person, despite these same coupons being valid for online orders.(Read the other reviews, they all mention similar problems). This Subway location is definitely not following their franchise agreement and needs to be reprimanded.
