Placed an app order ahead of time. Arrived on time and was told “the restaurant got busy”. An additional twenty minutes of wait time to get my food. My first job was Subway; this would not have flown there. How do you have one person working at lunch on a Sunday? I won’t be back.

Zero stars! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! Unless you want food poisoning, rotten ingredients, and incompetent workers who couldnt care less what you tell them. Also, dont dare ask for refund. The manager is never there and the workers do not know how to handle things, so they will call the boss and put it on speaker. She will scream at you then tell you to leave before the cops come (without listening to anything). Whatever family owns this franchise needs to shut it down. There is never much business there and reasons like this are why. I had to dispute the not even 8 bucks with my CC company. Ordering a cold cut TRIO has THREE meats, I got 2. They are messing with peoples food and money. This place is horrid and just wow. PLUS, dirty and stinky. Save time by going to another location, I urge you! I got a sandwich before closing time, yet refunds can only be done the same day. This would have been impossible. THEY WILL NOT LISTEN IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. Buyer beware.

The gentleman at night is terrible, no sense of urgency to get online orders completed in a timely manner. No other subway operates this slow, I always have to wait 20 minutes plus for 2 turkey provolone subs … why?

I never right reviews but I have to for this… confronted Owner of missing ingredients and undersized portions to subways standards… Was berated yelled at and called a liar by the owner…. (for reference in a whole foot-long sandwich, they put two triangles of cheese.) The shittiest experience I’ve had as a customer to date.
