Whenever I can, I stop at a Sunway to order the prickly pear, this is close to my work and I went a couple of times in these 15 days, only one employee is slower and I have to ask him to put more things because he places very Little, I don't recommend it, the one inside the Walmart in Pleasant Hill is much better.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Do NOT I REPEAT DOOOO NOT VISIT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION they do not stay open for their normal business hours they also do not replace or refund your money when you make a online order during business hours only to arrive and they are closed 3 hours earlier.. I would not normally even write reviews but the fact that not only did they continue to send me on a wild goose chase they also lied several times about recovering the order I show my confirmation they say oh just call corporate.... There is no corporate to call because it's all through email... not to mention the employees are rude!!!!!! I won't ever spend a dime here again I suggest you all do the same...

Last time I stopped by this subway and got a sandwich with a small scoop of meat on it. I wasn't satisfied with the service. They are so stingy of their meat portion since ownership changed. Never went back until today. I was craving for their protein bowl (loaded with meat- I always go to the one near my house and they always have enough meat in it). Stopped by today again and the guy gave me a small cup of meat on it. I asked him why so little cause a PROTEIN BOWL supposed to be loaded with meat. He said if I want another scoop, it would be extra charge. I told him no, but was pissed off. I understand the extra portion with extra charge but this guy didn't give me the right portion of meat in the first place.

Cookies and bread were old. I think when it’s slow they don’t make fresh bread or cookies. They just use the old stuff. Almost inedible.

I come here on occasion, and my main complaint is that the subs are always cold when you get them toasted here. Its as though there was a cold cuts option on their oven and they used it for all types of meat.

This Subway was a very....interesting experience.When we arrived there were only 2 people working and no one in the back. The line to order was fairly long because of that. While we were there, a customer asked for his tomatoes to be diced and one of the workers did not know what that was. The customer literally had to explain to him what that meant! The workers were nice, but this Subway needs to make sure they have more than 2 workers there and that their workers speak good English. In any other circumstance, this restaurant would get 2 stars, however, they had the veggie pattie which is a win for the vegetarian population in the area. So, they get one more star for that.
It was a decent sandwich had to ask for extra meat while I was watching him make my sandwich it was barely any meat on it more like a salad sub lmao!
