Subway is a popular spot with great customer service and a positive impression. The owners and employees are friendly and welcoming. However, one location may have some issues with slow service and limited staff. On another occasion, the restaurant was understaffed, leading to a long line and confusion over simple requests, such as dicing tomatoes. Despite these issues, the restaurant offers a unique menu item, the veggie patty, which is a great option for vegetarians.
