Spend more money to get deprioritized.
Slow. Waited 45 minutes for a large order placed online because they kept skipping the order and made smaller orders that came in after.
The store was so NASTY the windows wasn’t cleaned it was disgusted I lost my appetite. They didn’t even clean the tables. Hw could they still b open looking like that. So that means they haven’t been inspected. All they did was stand there and talk

avoid this taco bell if possible. how do you have around 6-7 people working the night shift, and people have to leave cause they weren't taking orders at the counter. insane wait times, the drive-through line was clogged up! no efficiency at all, it's called "fast food" for a reason, no one would have to wait more than 20 minutes to get this kind of food. don't waste your time here, go to any other taco bell and you'll have your meal in 5 min.

Extremely poor service and handling food in the kitchen. We waited for about an hour for five items we ordered. Do not come to this Taco Bell we order simple vegetarian Mexican pizza paid almost 7 dollars for the pizza and got tostada shells with only cheese. If you’re traveling, you’d rather drive to exit down and get to another Taco Bell. Don’t waste your time and money!

No menu in the restaurant, above the counter, like it used to be. You have to order & pay at kiosk. No one greeted me, or thanked me for coming in. Only called my name when order was ready. Couldn't get printed receipt after payment. Atmosphere very cold & not friendly at all. I don't plan on going back to this location. I hope other locations still offer ordering at the counter & involve human contact. Food tasted good when I came home to eat, but I would have gotten more human contact if I'd gone thru drive thru.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I had to wait a hour plus on a pick up order . When I came in and asked about my order I got an attitude from a girl ! I’ll never return here ! I’ll rather drive an extra 18 minutes to the one in Norcross than come here !

Came in the other night the manager with the red curly hair is very rude , I kept telling her my food was wrong she kept telling me “ how are you going to tell me “ she is very unprofessional and don’t see how she made it to be a manager

As if being forced to use self-service kiosks for the past few years at Taco Bells everywhere isn’t bad enough (there is never anyone scheduled for counter so you end up waiting forever), this store is now using a very loud, stupidly robotic-sounding AI drive-thru order taker. Unbelievably cheap and anti-human labor practices. I’m done with Taco Bell until they start valuing real customer service again.
(That said, the cashier was efficient and friendly and seemed genuinely embarrassed by the stupid AI when I mentioned it.)

Ordered a Baja Blast, got a zero sugar MTN Dew (i think????) it genuinely tasted like piss. Or at least what i think piss tastes like. Which tastes like piss. I also ordered it as a large and got a medium due to lack of listening, I assume (even if they were out of baja, why wouldnt the website say that? why wouldnt they contact me in some way?). Actually there's a trend here! Ordered nachos with a sauce other than cheesy sauce, they didn't listen, gave me cheese sauce. Ordered a taco with pico de gallo, they didn't listen, got a crumpled, pico-less taco. Ordered 2 potato soft tacos, and --you guessed it -- they didn't listen. and gave me only one. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Do better, Taco Bell!!! This is not the first time you messed up my order and I really like Taco Bell so please be responsible with the money that everyone gives you to MAKE THEIR FOOD. OTHER REVIEWERS HAD LITERAL PLASTIC IN THEIR TACOS. Do better, don't care if its fast food serve me what I paid for. <3

Pulled into the drive through at 9:44pm and was told they weren’t taking orders for the next hour due to not having a crew there.. not sure how this makes sense, they should’ve closed it for the night then. I drove past the window and saw atleast 2 workers in there. Not sure if this was a lie since it was night time but they don’t close until 3am.
Every time I come this young lady name Tia always very rude wouldn't let me pay for my food A week ago I had to come in store to pay for my to food then again tonight she threw my food in my hand almost dropping my drink food and money this is very disrespectful I been coming to this location for 2yrs now
My order was completely wrong, none of the sauces I wanted were included, and the drink was wrong. This literally couldn't have been worse than it is. The only positive thing was the driver arriving timely.
