I made a mobile order around midnight, and after waiting in line for almost an HOUR- ordered everything shown here but instead got 4 doritos loco tacos, 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 quesarito, and 2 literal cheese roll ups instead of my 2 gordita crunches and 2 beefy burritos. I spent like double the money, and half the items. might dispute this with my bank at this point.

Been in the drive thru over 30 minutes waiting on orders and I’m watching the person who is making the orders take cash payments using the same gloves he is making the food with. Horrible service and nasty food safety practices. I will be calling the department of health to run those cameras back.

At night, when they lock the doors, how slow do you want them to be? That speed would be a miracle. I waited 40+ minutes because i was stuck. That's 30+ minutes of not moving

I came to this taco bell expecting to be able to quickly enter and retrieve my food. That is when the employees would not allow me to enter even though the establishment was clearly enter at 9 PM. They instead sent me through the drive through and were incredibly disrespectful. While I understand it might be policy they acted completely unprofessionally. Would not eat again

Why are my tacos I just bought dripping wet like they won't even come off the paper
I had a great experience overall, but there’s one thing that stood out to me. I understand this is a Mexican-based company, but since we’re in the U.S., not having ketchup available for the breakfast menu feels a bit odd. Many people enjoy ketchup with their eggs, and I truly believe the Breakfast Crunch would be next level if I could add some!
It would be great if ketchup packets were available as an option.
Aside from that, the Breakfast Crunch itself is absolutely amazing!

Most of the employees have somewhat of an attitude. I ordered through the site to pick up in the store, site said it was ready. I get to the restaurant and they say it shows as a drive thru order and kinda give an attitude towards me about it. Acting like I should go back and wait in the drive thru for an order the site said was ready and it was not done at all. I do not recommend this Taco Bell because of their poor customer service.

Ordered no sour cream then asked for some on the side at the window and the rude and confrontational lady boldly told me I have to pay for it. Drink had no syrup and she tried to argue with me that it was fine. This employee seemed to be in a bad mood / want confrontation.
