I had high hopes and expectations for this place. I kept saying I hope it’s not one of those nice places who make their food sound good, but turns out to be mid. That’s exactly what happened.First off when we got seated it was the usual how many? “2” and then it either follows with an “alright follow me, or right this way” or something along those lines. We got hit with a “Come on”, just a come on. Then we got seated with no menus and like 1 minute after sitting down a server tries to give us food that belonged to the table in front of us.All these encounters already made it kinda meh… Our server comes and it’s her first day, but she is guided by someone. No worries, that’s fine. Tells us about the taco tuesday special which is what we were there for. Then we asked for waters to drink.5ish mins pass we get chips and salsa and no water. Some chips were SUPER SALTY some were bland. 5 more mins and no water to wash back the super salty ones. We ask the guy server for water, he said sure no problem. Didn’t get water from him. Our server comes back and asks “would you like ice water?” We said yes.Our tacos came out before our appetizer. The guy server said “yeah it’s in the oven right now” Okay no problem.Tacos were SO DRY….. We got 2 pastors, 1 chicken, 1 carnitas. The chicken was crunchy, like dried out to the point they were crunchy. The tortilla was cold and dry on the edges, but also soggy lol. They weren’t enjoyable one bit.The nachos were pretty good. Lots of beans though and lacked kimchi and meat but overall the best thing we got.I was realllllly hoping to enjoy this place…. Sad and disappointed.Ice cream from Sunny’s afterwards was delicious though!

We were here from Chicago and found this place. We went 3x while we were here. Loved the vibe. Service was excellent. Margaritas were great. The guacamole had great flavor. We had the Al pastor and shrimp tacos. The shaved pineapple added so much flavor. We tried the chicken quesadillas. The chicken was so tasty. Our last nite we tried the steak nachos. Nice big chunks of steak. I wish we had a Taqueria 52 in Chicago!

The chips and quesadilla are a bit too salty. I also would have liked some salsa for the tacos. Overall good food though.

New restaurant. Service okay. Staff unable to communicate well in English. when English speaker waited on our party got things wrong when brought to the table.Prices reasonableFood 3/5. Chips slightly staleTaco filling good, but slaw made taco shell too moist and difficult to hold and fell apart.

Ordered the birria and shrimp taco. But the shrimp wasn't filled cooked. Then asked for more salsa and service guy told that they ran out of salsa. Run out of salsa in a Mexican restaurant even before dinner time? Then service girl came after wards and ask if we needed more salsa but never came back to courtesy let us know if they even had more salsa. 2 conflicting service responses. One of us ordered fish taco. After leaving the restaurant she felt nauseated and threw up... that's the only thing she ate that's different from what we all ate.

Don’t waste your time going here. Chips and salsa had no flavor, margaritas were TERRIBLE, despite being $15 and to top it off, the server spoke no English so impossible to communicate your order or requests.

This place is amazing! I had Fish Tacos, and a Cadillac Margarita! Everything was perfect! The customer service was on point too! I will be going back at least once a week.

The staff is super nice and the place itself has a nice atmosphere. My only complaints are that the chips were cold after they brought out multiple batches, the music was way to loud and the tacos where decent but small in size compared to other restaurants. Other than that they just opened but I will definitely give them another chance in the future.
