This is one of the best Korean catering companies that we have used at the office! We've had a lot of hit or misses catering companies in the past. The Korean Thanksgiving food was delicious! We have a multicultural office environment and some of the employees are picky. The picky employees hands down loved it! The owner spoke both Korean and English so it made my order so easy. Mrs. Kim was very sweet and threw in some extra goodies in the order. We will definitely order from The Banchan again for future catered orders. Everyone was hungry so we didn't take any pictures of the bulgogi, jjun, songpyeon rice cakes, chicken ggan jeon (these went fast and there were no leftovers of this chicken), japchae, odeng noodle salad, young radish kimchi, and melons. You can taste the TLC in each dish! Thank you!!!!

We looked at least 10 places for catering for our wedding in February 2025, and this place was by far the best. We ordered a few dishes for about 150 guests, was able to try a few things when we met with the owner in person with just a couple hours notice. She makes everything herself. We booked about 1-2 months in advance, food was prepared and delivered as expected. 100% recommended. Very fair price for the quality of home cooked food. We used this catering service for my son’s 100th day birthday, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious—everyone loved it. We had bulgogi, fried chicken, chicken katsu, and cod jun, and everything was perfectly prepared. The fried chicken was a huge hit with our guests—it was garlicky with just the right amount of spice! Clara was wonderful to work with, always quick to respond and very sweet. She made the whole process easy, and the food really made the event special. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. Everything is made homemade style and sourced from local farmers and vendors. Ms. Kim was absolutely sweet and explained everything to my husband and I including health benefits of the foods that were there. We ordered a tray of fried chicken wings for an incredibly reasonable price and that lasted us a long time. We also ordered galbi and it had an amazing smoked flavor. We got some radish kimchi, marinated egg and some soups as well, and there was nothing that I got that I didn’t like. 10/10 I will be supporting her business again! Thank you Ms. Kim. I found her in my first trimester of pregnancy when I could barely eat anything without getting sick and her food was the only thing that I could hold down, plus it was healthy for the baby. If I could give her more stars, I would!

She explained everything so well and was very easy to work with. She emphasized using good ingredients for all her food. She also mentioned that she tries not to take too many orders so that she can focus on the quality of the food. I think she is right because all our guests loved the Chicken GangJeong, Korean pancakes, Squid spicy salad, and JapChae. The food was just perfect! Everyone loved everything about the menu. Most importantly, the food was ready on time! We didn't have to wait at all. The owner sent a follow-up text the next day. She is such a sweet lady! I would definitely order here again! Thank you so much for the wonderful food!
