First off service was wonderful. The drinks were too strong, the ratio wasnt balanced.. The calamari wasnt seasoned and was overly greasy.The sauce was very salty. It had heat but very salty I couldn't finish my food

The staff is absolutely terrible. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Went to pick up a to go order and the hostess said they hadn’t made the order yet and that I had to wait another 30 minutes. When I walked to go sit outside she put her hand on my chest (why touch a customer in general) to stop me from going out the door and yelled out that I have to go around. I’ll never go back here and I don’t recommend this place at all

My dad and I visited this Juicy Crab. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server treated us well with courtesy and kindness. Our food was served fresh and hot. Parking was easy, and the interior is unique, but fun. Overall, we both enjoyed our time there. I would definitely come back again when I am craving seafood ?Parking: Plenty of free parking all around this Juicy Crab

My family and I were there tonight a party of 10 our server Jordan was great food all came out great timing. But unfortunately my 8 yrs olds dinner was ruined due to spoiled ketchup. When we ask Jordan to make a New meal he had no problem fixing the issue but unfortunately the manger Lyn refused to make my daughter a new meal she basically said it wasn't her problem that my daughter put ketchup on her meal that she wasn't going to make her a new meal.sje said she could make her 1 chicken tender and a few fries and take 10% off my bill. I told her I was paying for it I didn't want a free meal.what we wanted was My daughter to get a Fresh meal due to her being given spoiled ketchup My family and I will not be returning. And will be contacting the health department.

This specific Juicy Crab location ?, for some reason taste wise, rates way above any other. I always make it a point to visit whenever I'm in town, & I live in FL. now. ?
We sat in the enclosed patio, party of 13. Food was reasonably priced. Didn't know sea food was delivered in a plastic bag. Loved the atmosphere, and the place appears bigger inside. No one complaints about the food. The chocolate dessert presentation needs work though. Granddaughter did enjoy it. ?
1st time eating here. Food was very very good. Kim was our server. She was great. Will definitely go back!

Horrible experience the waitress followed us all the way to the parking lot complaining that they have to pay the employees so we had to tip the highest percentage. Definitely felt like her customer service was not deserving of the highest tip. Not only was this unprofessional but also degrading that everyone looked at us as if we were stealing. From what I noticed we were the only couple that she went after not sure if it was because we are Mexican. We will definitely not be back thanks to that waitress.
