Hands down my favorite sushi spot in this area. The fish tastes so fresh and the matsu is my order every single time. My husband and I come here as regulars.

Enjoyed our meal there. Really yummy food and friendly and warming service. :)
Very Very good!! A+
Great food. Nice quality of sashimi, friendly owner, master chef & his wife. Highly recommended chuToro & uni.
Great small mom and pop. I believe they have a sign for reservations only right now but they they still took us (party of 2) on a sat night when it slow. Only run by the wife and husband. Sushi was fresh and melt in your mouth. I will be back.
Nice small Sushi restaurant operated by two Japanese couple, I assumed they are couple. Very friendly and food is very comparable to other larger fancy spot.
I’ve been here several times, I always enjoyed the food. Fairly priced and quality and the couple is lovely who run it. Only issue is you have to call ahead to let them know you’re coming, but I respect their rule. It’s a nice place to eat.

This traditional sushi restaurant is an awesome hole in the wall you need to try if you are wanting excellent fresh sushi and sashimi mainly. The menu is limited with basic selections from the kitchen, but everything we had was quality. Recommend the chicken and steak kushiyaki, any of their sushi rolls and of course nigiri and sashimi.
Service was good considering the staff only consisted of the sushi chef/owner and a server/cook/owner. Be patient with the service, it will be worth the wait!

It was a treat restaurant when I lived in the suburbs of Atlanta. The service is run by a husband and wife team, so the service may be a little slow, but the food is completely Japanese-style!
The sushi was really delicious!

My friends and I wanted to try this highly-rated restaurant. When we walked in, the first thing we noticed was how hot it was. We suspected that the restaurant hadn’t turned on the air conditioning, and everyone was sweating. We ordered some sashimi and Uni sushi, but the sashimi wasn’t very fresh, and the Uni had a very strong fishy smell, which was extremely unfresh. Two of my friends felt nauseous and wanted to throw up the whole time. I could had same quality of food in other places with just for $20 a plate, but even though they take off the 4 Uni sushi, we still have to pay almost $120 not including the tip.
It is really not worth it.

Not sure what the hype is with Tokyo Shokudo. Went there to check it out. My wife and I have been to a lot of sushi restaurants, and nothing compares to those in Japan. But we got super excited when we found out that the owners were from Japan.
Food: sushi was just okay. My favorite was surprise by my the fried oyster and draft Japanese beer.
Service: you have to be patient. It’s only the couple running it. I’d recommend making reservation for when they first open.
Atmosphere: just a simple setup.
We spent about $300 there, so we did have a lot of food to try.
We’ll probably not be returning. But It may still be worth a try, and yall may have a different experience than ours.

I went there because it was said to be authentic Japanese food, but when I went there during dinner time, there was a menu that didn't seem to work because no one was working. Still, all the food we ordered was delicious. The croquettes were delicious and the skewers and sushi were also good.
