This establishment is located inside the market, which made it a bit of a challenge to find. However, the real problem was the staff. One employee was younger and very nice, but the older employee refused to speak English and began making my order incorrectly. When the younger staff member tried to relay my correction, the older one simply shrugged me off and dismissed my concern.

When I then requested a refund, she suddenly wanted to fix the order, but by that point I just wanted my money back. She became visibly irritated, slamming things around, which honestly didn’t bother me—I just wanted to leave. Her demeanor was unnecessarily nasty, and if she didn’t want to be at work that day, she should have stayed home rather than treat customers with such an attitude.

Went to H Mart and stopped here after shopping. This place has the lightest and most flavorful everything bagel I have ever had! The seasoning was fresh and full of flavor and I was able to eat the whole thing without cream cheese. Never done that before in my life!!

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. From the beginning, the woman behind the counter (possibly the owner or an employee) was extremely rude. We ordered an iced matcha latte, and when my wife went to pick it up from the counter, the lid wasn’t properly secured. It flew off, and the drink spilled everywhere.

Instead of showing understanding or offering a simple apology, she gave us a cold stare and sarcastically asked if we wanted the “remaining sip” left in the cup. We politely explained that the lid wasn’t fully closed, which caused the spill, and asked if she could make a new one. She refused, insisted the lid was closed, and told us this had never happened before—implying it was our fault. She also mentioned she now had more work because we spilled the drink.

Overall, the customer service was terrible. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that makes a difference. Unfortunately, the way we were treated left a very bad impression. We do not recommend this place.

Not fresh bread at all ! and bad management! there is plenty other location of Tous les jours or other Korean bakery! I never gonna go back to this location. very dessapointed!
