Uncle Jack's Meat House

Delicious food and wonderful service! I think something was happening in the kitchen and food took around 40 minutes (also it was father’s day), but server and manager made sure everyone was having a good time and food was delicious nonetheless.

Food and service was great. What disappointed me was the petty 7$ admin fee that was added to my $300 bill.

Great value and flavor!

I love uncle jacks! We went for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! The steaks were perfectly cooked. The lamb chops were so flavorful! The sides were good, not spectacular but good! The Mac and cheese was delicious. The coconut cake was the perfect way to end the night and the meal. Our server was attentive, kept drinks full, and was friendly and pleasant.

The ladies met here on a Monday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Awesome service and food. Look forward to our next visit! Enjoyed the bacon and the meatballs appetizers. 3 of us had the salmon and it was delish. Sadly, I didn't get any pictures.

We made reservations for 7pm and show up 10 minutes early on a Thursday evening. When we get there the host says it will be 45 minutes to an hour wait with our reservations as EVERYONE in there had a reservation and was waiting on a table. I told her that made no sense as to why they are accepting reservations when they do not have the capacity or availability. (I made reservations the day before) as we were celebrating. Host stated she could not hear me as it was so loud, and asked to take our name down for the wait. I told her no as we had a schedule to keep and could not wait an hour to eat when we made reservations. We left disappointed and went to the car I checked the site just out of curiosity and they had OPEN reservations for the remainder of the night. Why would you allow reservations if you do not have the tables available? Pretty agitated by the service and lack of awareness the restaurant had with over booking and seating.

The food was absolutely to die for. The drinks were nice and strong and everything about the food was perfect. I can't wait to eat here again. The prices were fair and the service was perfect.

Enjoyed this place very much. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Their sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was also delicious.

Horrible!! Got 2 steaks with 2 sides and it was like just eating salt!!! Even the dry biscuits we got was salty. I don't know who the cook was but they need to be retrained or something. For us to spend 150 dollars and couldn't even enjoy my food that's sad. I brought the steaks back home boiled it gave it to my dog. I would not recommend this place go to the peachtree corners one it MUCH MUCH BETTER.

We came for a concert at Gas South Arena and looked at restaurants in the area. We came across Uncle Jack's Meat house, decided to give it a try because it looked wonderful. We got to the restaurant and noticed they were busy, but decided to give it a shot....knowing we didn't have a lot of time. The hostess told us it would be a 10 minute wait, after 25 minutes we went to the hostess and they apologized and got us a table within a couple of minutes. However, once we were seated that was the last time we were acknowledged by anyone. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes and were never greeted by a single waiter/waitress.......there were plenty of them around. I am a chef and have been in the industry for almost 30 years....it only takes a few seconds to acknowledge me and tell me that you will be with me shortly. Not a single word!!!!! After sitting for over 10 minutes and not being acknowledged by anyone, we left the restaurant. Don't know if the food was good or not.

Excellent service, great atmosphere, outdoor seating.

Appetizers: We love the Applewood-Smoked Bacon with 2 dipping sauces (House-Made Peanut butter & Chipotle Maple-Glazed) and the Crispy Pork Belly "Chicharrones"
Hot Sauce, Lime. Whew that hot sauce was hot but good. We get those appetizers every time we visit. We all tried the Scratch Buttermilk Biscuit with Local Honey-Cultured Butter

Entrees: My hubby and I shared the Sunday special: chicken fried steak w/ white gravy, mashed potatoes and greens. Luckily we did because it was a large portion. The rest of our group had the Seafood Fra Diavolo and Atlantic Salmon.

Dessert: bread pudding.

The food was ok but the service was rough. The waitress was confusing and made it seem like the meal was good for two people and then got confused that we would like 2 salad dressings. Bill came to over $100 and we actually continued dinner elsewhere. When it came time to pay they made it difficult by not accepting Apple Pay. They said it was because the machine doesn’t take it. I noticed the vendor they use as being one that accepts Apple Pay (toast) and they admitted it was because they were scared to take it because of scams. Fyi NFC and the whole tap system is designed around security and if anything accepting it is preferable for merchants but no, these guys aren’t having it and have no clue. Don’t believe the 4.5 stars, it’s not that great.
