We had not been to Uncle Jacks in a while and I used to love going. Walked in and was seated immediately which was good. Service started slow and got worse throughout the meal. Our server spent all night talking with coworkers as the restaurant was not that busy. Any time we needed anything we had to ask another server to find our server. The restaurant was very loud and extremely cold. There was a door leading to an outdoor patio that had no patrons using the area. Servers kept opening the door as it appeared maybe they were using the are for storage or something. Every time the door opened a huge gust of cold air filled the restaurant. The food was average at best. The bacon appetizer was good, but everything else lacked flavor and was not worth what we paid. Anyway, I hate giving bad reviews, but it was an off night or perhaps they have gone down hill.
Great food and service.

I guess I was due for a bad experience after so many good ones. The dry aged Flintstone was inedible and we had to order another cut. They only gave us 30% off and on a bad piece of meat we took maybe 3 bites. Obviously, I will not be recommending and will not go back. Very disappointing!
Awesome good we got the tomahawk for 2 the corn soufflé and the Brussels sprouts. Banana dessert was the cherry on top.

Tried a new steakhouse last night. The steak was very very good. My table had the ribeyes and filet mignon and the burger. We also had the hanging bacon , mozzarella cheese triangles, sticky ribs and honey biscuits as appetizers. Steaks were very good and well seasoned. My son loved his burger...literally devoured it with the bacon, fried egg and Mac n cheese. The Brussel sprouts were also tasty. Overall a nice meal for Christmas Eve. Our waitress Cassie was also great and attentive.
Uncle Jack’s Meat House at Sugarloaf is a
very busy place, which is usually a good sign. However, compared to the Peachtree Corners location, this one felt a bit tired. It was also very loud, and the door leading to the veranda was opened constantly. My daughter and I ended up getting cold because of it.
The meat was mostly good, but for the price, I could honestly do better at home. We shared a 12-oz Wagyu steak for $125, and I was disappointed. The steak wasn’t properly trimmed; the fatty, chewy side wasn’t removed, and even though I usually enjoy fatty cuts, this piece was difficult to swallow.
Overall, overpriced for the quality..

Im not a big steak eater.
I had lunch at Uncle Jack’s Meat House yesterday (12/18/2025), and I came away genuinely impressed. Don't let the modest exterior fool you - this place is outstanding. The steak was excellent—properly cooked, well seasoned, and clearly good quality meat. The vegetables and sides were also very good, not an afterthought, which isn’t always the case at places like this. Everything on the plate felt intentional and well executed. What surprised me most was the overall value. The quality was very much on par with places like Ruth’s Chris, but at prices more in line with Outback or LongHorn. That combination is rare, and it makes Uncle Jack’s feel like a real gem in the community rather than just another steakhouse option. Service deserves a callout as well. Our servers were attentive, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to interact with—professional without being stiff, and welcoming without being overbearing.

We stopped here to eat before going to a concert at gas South. The food was really good. You have to try the bacon and peanut butter appetizer because the bacon there is excellent. The drinks were also very good as well. We also shared the truffle mushroom burger, and that was very, very good.
I highly recommend this place.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice steakhouse for a date night and we were stunned by the amazing ambiance of the place, and the steaks were the best we'd ever had! Appetizers came out with lightning speed and they were amazing, the drink menu is stacked with options and drinks were made with great quality. Our server was very helpful with the menu and made us feel at home! It was our first time here and we will definitely be back! If you are looking for a high quality steakhouse I would completely recommend Uncle Jacks Meat House, not to mention all of the immense variety of options available on their menu other than steaks!
The food and service was amazing.

Our waitress was awesome. Very friendly, out going and made many trips to our table. I ordered the 14 oz rib eye medium rare. It came medium, almost no pink at all. The steak was good, but not rememberable. Almost like Outback but more expensive. The Mac n Cheese was good however had a scorch taste like it was reheated. Not worth the price in my opinion (49 bucks)
