I ordered pickup but the order wss wrong, I called to complain and i was passed through 2 persons and they made me feel like I was lying. I am done with this place. Next time I will go to a real Italian restaurant, one that is owned by actual Italians

I love the pizza here, thin, crispy, and always flavorful. Way better than the big pizza chains. It's my go to for pizza, highly recommend! Take out or dining in, the palace is clean and the service is always wonderful.

Hate giving bad reviews but this restaurant has gone way downhill. The pizza is marginal at best. The service was dismal. And the atmosphere is nothing to write home about. Why is the door bears? This is an Italian restaurant. Won’t be back anymore. Sad. Vinny’s used to be really good.

The atmosphere was terrific, very Italian restaurant core. I passed on the pizza in lieu of some other dishes. I ordered the sausage, peppers, and onions. Started with a Caesar salad with homemade dressing which was very good. They also brought out three garlic knots. The dough was soft and was served in a dish of garlic butter. The main dish was great. Sausage links were thinly sliced and sauteed with onions and peppers. The pomodora sauce and fresh mozzarella balls completed the dish. Perfection. The service was great.

I ordered a pizza and it was HORRIBLE. I called back 4 times to speak with a manager and left my phone number. No callback and nobody in the store could make an executive decision to remake the pizza or refund my money. I will never go back.

We tried to go to Uncle Jack's meat house next door before our concert at the arena. The wait was too long so we walked over to Vinny's. BEST thing to happen to us! As soon as we walked in, the smell made me salivate. We were sat right away, given fresh, garlicky rolls in oil, and brought our drinks. The staff is extremely friendly. We ordered the spicy meatballs as an appetizer: delicious. Especially with the rolls dipped in the sauce. I ordered the pesto pasta and my husband got their big cheese pizza. Everything was made fresh and we enjoyed it immensely!

We've been a customer of theirs for many years and it's always been good food and service. Last week I ordered a pizza to take out, when we started to eat it, the pizza was burnt and hard as a rock. It was too late to go back so the next day I spoke to an employee that told me that they would redo it. She took my info and said we would just have to call and let them know. The day after that I called and another employee told me that they wouldn't be making it right and dismissed me. That is bad customer service and we won't be returning

I was in suburban Atlanta for meetings and had a craving for some authentic NY Style Pizza. I've learned that if I'm willing to look hard enough that I can find some really good Pizza outside of the NY area.

Vinny's absolutely hit the mark for me, with thin, crispy crust, authentic tasty toppings and cheese and foldable slices, even in a medium sized pie.

I picked it up at the restaurant and the vibe was definitely old school pizza joint. It reminds me of my hometown fav pizza when I lived in NY.

They have more than pizza as well, but when I'm in the area again, i expect to eat at Vinny's again.
