I've been to other locations in Massachusetts and found this one to stand out in terms of quality. I got their brown sugar milk tea at 75% sweetness hot (since it was a cold day) plus boba. Staff were very nice so I would gladly come again and maybe even try some of their food items next time.

Been coming to this Vivi Tea location for almost a year now when I stop by the Jusgo Market. The service is always amazing and they've been doing large orders for when I get some to-go for the family fast and easy!Eating in the food court is always nice since the tables are clean, there's music playing, and the napkins and straws are always stocked. Go here for good boba tea and food if you're in the area!!!!! The only thing I'd suggest is bringing cash if you mind a 3% credit card processing fee.

If you are coming to Jusgo to run your errands, getting your drink from here to glide through the store is a must. Had the Jasmine-lemon-Jade, it was so refreshing and delicious. Best part you could choose number of ice you want in your drink, to the amount of sugar you prefer and tons of other customization available aswell. Can’t wait to try other drinks soon.

Gave ViVi Bubble Tea a shot over the weekend. I ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea with Fresh Milk and Boba. This turned out to be OK. I didn't find the drinks to be as smooth as other spots. The boba is sweet and chewy. There is quite a lot of milk, so initially, at 50% sugar, the drink was very bland. The staff was nice enough to remake the drink without any adjustments. The second time was much better. Note: Minimum of $10 purchase for credit cards. Overall, I think ViVi is just OK. Decent enough to satisfy a craving, but there are better spots nearby.

My 5 year is very picky so we grab something that she was familiar for her to eat. We order the popcorn chicken bento with pepper salt. My daughter loves it. The sweet potato fries was good but a little too sweet for my liking. The curry over rice was delicious as well, I would know because my daughter didnt like it so i ate it lol. The service was good. The lady took our order and read it back to us. The area and tables were clean. We also came back and order their slush with boba to go, all delicious.

Peach tea is the best we've had anywhere in the area! It's flavored like real peaches, not just an artificial syrup, and the bubbles are always fresh and tasty!
